Food quality: not bad, not great. Service: young, inexperienced, forgetful, but overall polite, friendly and communicative. Experience: ordered eggplant parm, received chicken parm, sent it back and then decided to take the eggplant parm to go since my friends were finished w their meal. My friends had pizza and thought it was good. When I finally ate my meal at home it was a small portion and was somewhat bitter and mostly flavorless. The side of pasta and sauce was good. This was my only visit so it could have just been not the best day for staff or something else going on. Beer selection was very good, dining room very clean and nice atmosphere. Flat spacious parking lot and easily accessible location off the mai road.

Terrible service, terrible food. We were seated and the waited for over 30 minutes watching the waitstaff serve tables around us. I finally went up to the bar to ask if someone could help us. I was ready to walk out, but my date said we should stay. The place was not even that busy, maybe 12 customers. So we finally placed our order and it took almost 40 minutes to get a pizza. The pizza was awful - it wasn't even fully cooked. Our waitress kept apologizing for everything, but just run the business! I will never go back and never recommend this place.

This is our go to Italian restaurant. Now that we can go back out again, we choose Mimmo's and were pleased with everything. Like everything it costs more than before but still a good choice. Loved it again.

$14 at lunch will get you the tiniest chicken breast in new england and some watery spaghetti ("chicken franchese" is how it's billed)... i don't usually write reviews (it's hard out there!) but this meal hurt my feelings.

I've been craving pasta recently. And I ordered the spicy shrimp pasta, omg they never disappointed my taste buds, the pasta is to die for. Absolutely flavorful. Real Italian one might say ?

Pretty disappointing. Ordered the dinner sized lasagna and was left feeling pretty hungry. I’d hate to see how small the lunch portion is. I guess $18 doesn’t get you what it used to.

Get the chicken parm if you skied in -5 degree weather, went home and showered and changed into your pjs, and pick it up and bring it home and watch the lympic games with your girlfriend and it will be the best night of your life

We came here the first day we flew into Burlington, VT and the service and food was amazing. The waitress we had was awesome and made it one of our favorite places. Unfortunately, today before leaving back to Florida, we had a waitress who "asked" us to leave her a tip in cash and not on our card. It was completely unprofessional and unfortunate that she would ask that of us.

Mimosa mis a great restaurant I can highly recommend it. It is just one of the best Italian pizza places you will find anywhere on the planet earth. The pizza is great and they even know how to make a French 75 drink which is a rarity. Eat here and you will not be disappointed with the pizza. So I am working in Burlington for 3 months love Italian food and found Mimmos. The food is terrific and the servers are very friendly. 4 times I went on weekdays and everything was 5 star. The ONLY issue I have had is , twice when I went on weekends , it took a very long time to get my food. The first time my pasta and meatballs took about 35 minute. Last Saturday when my daughter and her boyfriend visited it took almost an hour and 20 minutes. I am sure of this time because I sent a text when we placed the order to a friend. The server who was really really nice told me that they had new people in the kitchen. Our order was not exotic just pasta and 2 orders of chicken.. Looking around I noticed that other folks were there awhile waiting as well. Our food was fabulous as always , our server impeccably polite and Mimmos did accommodate me for the long delay. Hopefully these 2 events were just aberrations and I will continue to eat there and I know as a long time business owner sometimes things happen that are just out of our control..
