I went to Vermont in a girls trip with my friends and we passed by to the bakery, that day was a little busy but we love the pastry’s, they were absolutely amazing, they should open one store in NYC ☺️ if I found myself again there, I wil go again 😉
We were in town for just a few days and found this bakery to try. It exceeded expectations. Everything was delicious, gorgeously crafted, and fairly priced. We tried cookies, the mango croissant, a gluten free chocolate cherry muffin (so good I forgot it was gluten free), and a signature croissant style pastry they make with a French name I can't remember and more! Everything was so good that we went back the next morning to grab treats to take home and found they had slices...
Great variety of pasties and cakes. The strawberry filled croissant was huge. I wish the server would have asked what size I wanted for my coffee unless it was only one size cause that coffee was gone fast. It was that good. Don’t know what bean they use but the americano I had was darn good.
