It’s hurts me to say but this place is extremely disappointing. Very expensive. Small portions. Very oily . Mostly raw vegetables. Not good flavor….

Was so excited when I heard Fancy’s was getting a restaurant space and it goes above and beyond with vegan food. Each dish was so unique and perfectly flavored and cooked, wonderfully fresh flavors and local produce!

Fantastic new addition to Burlington’s vegan-friendly restaurants. Creative, unique, and delicious vegetable-forward menu. The carrot mochi was out of this world. And that yuba sandwich, wow! And cocktails were creative too. Vegan dessert options. For those who were familiar with Revolution Kitchen (R.I.P.) this is a great alternative for a nice dinner out.
It's a small space and they currently don't take reservations, so get there early or be ok with waiting. A few tables as well as some bar and window seats.

It is truly a delight whenever I stumble upon the Mister Foods Fancy truck. Recently, I had their halloumi burger with shishito peppers and cantaloupe, and I have been unable to stop daydreaming about it ever since. A top-tier, must-visit BTV food spot for sure.

The absolute best! I've accidentally ran into Mr Foods Fancy food truck one day and I've been seeking them out ever since. It's the most creative, delicious and beautiful food you can find around and very reasonably priced! It always seems that the ingredients are fresh and good quality. Oh and it's 100% vegetarian and packed with vegetables and good for you ingredients (you couldn't even tell though its so delicious!)! They are totally worth it and its trully a "fancy" food that would be hard to make at home! They consistenly rotate their menu so there is always something new to try. They run a very easy and convenient take out program in the winter and pop up food truck throughout the summer (they post schedule on their instagram). I honestly cannot recommend them enough - definitely a must try!
For starters the foods presentation is jaw dropping which is perfect because your mouth will already be open for some of the best tasting and creative flavor combos you will try in the Burlington VT area. Not to mention Paul and his team are just great people! definitely a must try.
