Classic Neapolitan style pizzas. Flavors were amazing! We ordered the Mais pizza and the Nduja pizza. The Mais has speck, which was delicious and a good pairing with the corn. Pizzeria Verita absolutely exceeded our expectations! From the gorgeous charcuterie board during cocktail hour to the mobile brick oven pizzas for dinner and the delicious cannolis for dessert—everything was beyond amazing. And I don’t just mean good—I mean really good! Sara, our coordinator, was phenomenal. She made the entire process seamless, simple, and completely stress-free. Her communication was top-notch, and she even went above and beyond to offer thoughtful recommendations since I live in South Carolina and wasn’t able to taste their pizza before the wedding. That’s a lot of trust to put in a caterer, and let me tell you—they did not disappoint! Sara suggested we add “The Maze” to the menu, and I’ll admit I was skeptical about corn on pizza—but it ended up being the biggest hit of the night! I had a few self-proclaimed pizza critics at the wedding who went back for thirds and couldn’t stop raving about how delicious it was. Every single item was a home run: Salad – A+, Charcuterie board – A+, Pizza – A+, Cannolis – A+. Not to mention, the staff was incredibly friendly and engaging, and our guests loved them. We truly can’t recommend Pizzeria Verita enough! They deliver exceptional quality and service at a value that’s very competitive compared to similar vendors. If you’re considering them—do it. You won’t regret it!

We used Pizzeria Veritas for catering, reserving their woodfired pizza cart for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding. Leading up to the event, Sara was amazing to work with, giving guidance and helping us plan out all of the details. She was incredibly responsive and collaborative. The day of the rehearsal dinner, the team on site was amazing. There was zero wait for food, the food and ingredients were fresh and high quality. All of our guests were thrilled - they raved about the food and the fun of having a wood-fired pizza oven. The team also worked with us in advance to make sure gluten free options were made available to some of our guests - again, a seamless experience. I highly recommend Pizzeria Veritas, and absolutely plan to work with them again if we ever have catering needs!
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Burlington. The food and service are always great. I highly recommend the Caesar salad and fresh mozzarella. I always get the pepperoni pizza and it hits every time. Their cocktails are also amazing- I’d say they make the best spicy margarita around here.

We stopped by Pizzeria Verità and were blown away by how good the pizza was! My husband and I started with the Caesar salad, then ordered the Ring of Fire pizza along with another pizza topped with roasted chicken and pesto (I can’t remember the exact name).
Both pizzas were incredible—so flavorful and perfectly cooked. My only minor note is that the Ring of Fire had way more Calabrese peppers than expected—it wasn’t just a little heat, it was a lot! We ended up removing some, but it was still delicious overall.
We wish we had room to try more from their menu, but we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Vermont!
