Worst pizza I’ve ever had. We came to Vermont to ski at Jay Peak and needed somewhere to eat while staying in Burlington. First place was packed, so we thought a pizzeria would be safe. Wrong. Crust is dry and flavorless, sauce is watered down, barely any seasoning, and they charge you 17 dollars for a small plain pizza that tastes like cardboard. If you can’t make a plain pizza right then you shouldn’t be called a pizzeria. Meatballs were boring too. Our waitress was very nice so we didn’t complain but will never eat there again.

Fantastic service, food, and atmosphere. Reasonably priced pizzas for the serving sizes. A great spot for a regular night dining out or a date night.

Always a fantastic experience here. The service is consistently excellent, and it’s one of those rare places you can truly count on—whether you’re planning a date night or taking family and friends out when they’re visiting.

The pizza is great every time, and the salads are genuinely excellent (not an afterthought). The standout for me, though, is the house-made mozzarella—it’s absolutely to die for. Highly recommend.

Watching the red head chef cook was like watching Da Vinci paint the Mona Lisa. What a treat it was to come in and watch these professionals work their magic.

$65 for 8 slices of paper thin, soggy pizza and a tiny dessert for my family of 4. Over priced for the quality received.

I come here when I want to treat myself to creative libations and specially prepared plates. The woodfire blackened pizza is a rustic contrast to those. Our drinks--8oz marg & the spruce moose--took a while to appear as only one bartender was on. (We miss you Anna S!) Meatball plate and beet salad were perfect appetizers for our eggplant pizza. They were able to place us in the window so we could watch dusk descend over Burlington. Atmosphere, service, flavor all primo‐-Verità never misses.

Our first visit to Vermont and we checked this pizzeria out before our trip. So very glad we stopped in. Our server Guin was outstanding and gave great recommendations!! From the Caprese salad and Salsiccia E Funghi pizza with Hot Honey to the Panna Cotta and Olive Oil Cake! So delicious!! You will not be disappointed! A must go to in Burlington!!!
