Honestly really great! First and foremost the decor is great, and the playlist was awesome. Get the amount of dishes recommended by your waiter. Also very accommodating to dietary restrictions!!!

Went with another couple last night & had a wonderful time. We ordered 7 small plates (had 2 of the rib eye) and each was unique & delicious. Loved the mushrooms! Had steak, chicken, shrimp, caprese gnocchi salad & grilled peach burrata salad. Each of us had 2 glasses on wine. Food came out as it was cooked so we had plenty of time to relax & enjoy each dish. We finished off dinner with cinnamon ice cream and left full & happy! Our server was great!

Came here with a group of friends, shared every dish and EVERYTHING was amazing! My favorite was the Whitaker mushrooms... but we ordered everything and all the dishes were flavorful. Chic peas!!!!

My partner and I live in New York City, and try new restaurants often. We read lists, articles, recommendations, etc. covering the trendiest places. Despite that, Poco stands out as being one of the absolute best places we have ever been to - every new restaurant we try is compared to Poco, and every single one falls short. The food tastes fresh, and the menu is incredibly inventive. Do yourself a favor and eat here if you can.

We were a party of four, including our two teenage daughters, and had an exceptional evening here. The vibe was fantastic — the restaurant was fully booked and buzzing with energy, yet still felt comfortable and inviting.
We sampled nearly half the menu, trying at least eight different dishes, and every single one was both delicious and delightfully surprising. The creativity and quality of the food truly stood out. Our favorites were the Grilled Carrots, Halloumi, and the incredible Grilled Shrimp Satay — so good we ordered it a second time on the spot!
The service was highly professional. Although the staff was clearly managing a heavy workload, everything ran smoothly and we still felt very well taken care of. The only slight drawback was that the busy pace left little room for personal interaction.
If you're visiting Burlington, love great food, and enjoy stylish, lively spots, this place is absolutely not to be missed.

Burlington’s hottest new spot. New favorite 😍 Brooklyn vibes in BTV. The dishes are all fantastic and shareable treats. The drinks are some of the best this town has to offer. Must visit. No reservations — arrive early or later in the evening.

We were really looking forward to trying this small, cozy spot during our trip to Vermont. The restaurant doesn’t take reservations, so we were pleasantly surprised to be seated right away around 7:30 PM. That was, unfortunately, where the positives ended for us.
After placing our order—including a clear request for no onions in any of the dishes—we settled in with a couple of cocktails and looked forward to our meal. We started to notice that tables who ordered after us were receiving their food, and after about 30 minutes with no sign of ours and no check-in from our server, we began to wonder what was going on.
Eventually, our server came over and told us—somewhat casually—that he had accidentally thrown out our order and asked us to remind him what we wanted. We were shocked but stayed patient and reordered everything, assuming the kitchen would prioritize our food given the error. Instead, after another few minutes, he returned to tell us that one of the items we ordered had sold out. When we expressed disappointment, his response was simply, “We’re a small, busy restaurant and we run out of things.” What was most frustrating was that there was no accountability—if our original order had been put in properly, we likely would’ve received that dish.
When our food finally did arrive, it took just as long as the original would have, with no sign that it had been prioritized. To add to the frustration, one of the pasta dishes was topped with chives, despite our earlier discussion about avoiding anything onion-related. No one checked in to see if our food was okay, and nothing was offered or comped despite the experience.
I understand mistakes happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. Sadly, this felt like a missed opportunity to turn things around.

Excellent food and cocktails. The gluten free choices were some of the best we have ever had. Highly recommended.

First time before a show at the Flynn and very glad we gave it a try! Small plate menu and very impressed as the three we shared were exceptional. Busy Main Street but after 6pm in the summer it’s fairy quiet?! Sidewalk by the outside tables but not much foot traffic. Mid way between Church Street and the Waterfront so less hectic? Very limited outside seating but a plus I think! Even “ the Burger” was way above the standard! We will return. again!
We spun the, 'Burlington restaurants we haven't tried yet' globe and landed on Poco this evening. Our group of four arrived just after six on a lovely evening and got a table inside right away. It is a petite place to be sure and even the four top table was quite a squeeze, but the decor is chill and a little funky. The music was ungodly loud - a good selection, but we were raising our voices the entire evening just to have conversation within a foot of each other. The prices were Burlington prices, honestly. Not every dish was worth the cost, but no dish disappointed and some thoroughly delighted. The serving size for a shared plate could be a little more generous: four meatballs is cool, but a cup's worth of Caesar salad for $16 was a bit over the top (LOVED the chicken skin though).
We went hard on the meatballs and halloumi (everyone's favorite dish of the night) to start. The elote fritters were very tasty but quite dry. The shishito peppers were delicious and super smoky and the tuna was very brightly flavored and perfectly seared. All in all, a good experience and a great way to try some high impact bites. All of us agreed we were still hungry after six dishes, though I did come *very* hungry. Stop by to delight your pallette, but maybe have a snack beforehand. Our waiter was very chill and courteous and the opposite of pushy when we apologized for taking our time.
