⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exquisite Culinary Experience
Rogue Rabbit in Burlington is nothing short of exquisite. I rate places by their category, and this one earns my highest marks in the three most important categories: food, drinks, and overall experience.
The pizza was a masterpiece. Thick, insanely fresh dough was complemented by a decadently sweet-savory tomato sauce and topped with a perfect combination of savory sausage, sweet onion, and ricotta. Simply scrumptious.
The drink menu is tight but brilliantly creative. I started with the Good Catastrophe (Brandy, Italicus, Lemon, Turbines, Orange Bitters)—exquisite. I followed it with the mind-blowing Via Con Dio (Rye, Ramazotti, Honey, Strawberry and espresso).
Topping all this off was the wait staff and Mary, a wizard/artist at drink mixing. The staff and the patrons made this, along with the food and drink, one of the best holistic dining experiences I've had in years.
Astounding and exquisite.

Ignore the bite marks; it looked so good that my self control went out the window. The food tastes even better than it looks, and with three different people recommending I check them out for lunch, I can say that this place is truly phenomenal.
best real italian sandwhiches. top chef. got rudely turned away once but they weren't open to be fair. I can look past that.

I went in asking about their sandwiches. I asked what one item was and they were nice and explained to me what said product was. I was intrigued but I asked if they had turkey as a protein available and they said no and immediately suggested me to try 2 other places instead. I was there ready to get a bit of dinner and wanted to try something new but instead got turned away the moment I asked about something that wasn't on their menu. I really got the impression they did not want me there. I thanked them and left quietly. I was really disappointed by this though. Hopefully this was one time occurrence but for me, it was a terrible experience.
My new favorite casual lunch spot in Burlington. Simple sandwiches and flat breads are delicious, great drink options, but most of all I love the lay out and seating. Excellent place for a quick lunch or lunch meeting.

20 years ago in Chicago I had a deli sandwich I have been thinking about ever since. That sandwich was finally dethroned yesterday by the pastrami at Rogue Rabbit. I visited with my wife and infant son, and the staff were lovely and the sandwich was simply incredible. Great spot.

I got a sandwich and slice of pizza, both were good. While the pizza is not my favorite style, it was light and airy with a crisp crust. The service was great, very friendly and accommodating. I recommend Rogue Rabbit for anyone looking for a quick, casual bite downtown.

The ideal intersection of classy and casual. Deeply kind and engaging staff. Grandma’s Coffee is the best coffee cocktail in town. Mary will take unbelievably good care of you and then say kind things about you after you leave. I love it here.

Lovely and genuine food prepared simply with terrific ingredients, great care and love. The locally sourced mortadella was the best we've had stateside, and it drew us back for dinner where we had a delicious zucchini salad and amazing meatballs. RR reminded us of small, excellent Tokyo restaurants with compact menus that emphasize quality ingredients and careful attention in their preparation. The sandwiches at lunch are subbed with pizza al taglio at dinner (they are made on the same house-baked focaccia). Lunches seem popular but the dinner service was laid back and fun. Interesting wine list and the general manager is a gem -- very knowledgeable about wine and Vermont food ways.
