Great coffee, really unique ice cream flavors and waffles with Ice Cream and local maple syrup. Can't get any better than that. This is a favorite spot to hit when we visit Burlington. Very hip vibe but excellent coffee and eats.
I like the coffee here, the maple latte is quite good, but I'm partial to the roaster's breakfast, which is a duo of a 6oz cappuccino and a 6oz brewed coffee. A great one-two punch. Vivid roasts their beans in here, but I can't say I've noticed that part of the operation. There's a lot of seatings, including some nice window seats to watch life go back along the Winooski speedway/circle. Absolutely love this spot. Found it because i was leaving All Wellness, after a physically therapy appointment, and smelled the bacon and inhouse sausage patties. The owner works this location and is a great person to talk to. Always accommodates my dietary issues, and i love the artwork in the space.
