They have nothing but coffee. On Wednesday they get donuts for the week. No sandwiches or pastries.

Love the ice coffee and cardamom bun!

My visit to Scout O.N.E. was a charming experience that offered a taste of Burlington’s relaxed and cozy vibe. Tucked away in a sunlit corner, this café felt like a quiet haven—perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful coffee moment or get some work done in a calm environment. The service stood out immediately: the baristas were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick without ever seeming rushed.

I ordered a hand-crafted London Fog and an espresso, both of which were excellent. The espresso was rich, fresh, and served in a proper-sized cup—no oversized, watered-down versions here. I also tried a locally made pastry that paired beautifully with my drink. While some might find the pricing a touch higher than other spots on North Street, I felt the quality and experience justified it.

The atmosphere was very quiet—almost library-like—which might not be for everyone. But if you're into slow mornings, quiet productivity, or just a break from the hustle, this place is a gem. There’s also plenty of free street parking, which made the visit even more convenient.

Scout O.N.E. isn’t trying to be flashy—it’s about warmth, quality, and attention to detail. I left feeling refreshed and would absolutely return for another calm and delicious coffee experience.

10/10 coffee and 10/10 vibes :)

I think the coffee and baked goods were overpriced for the quality. You can have the same or better coffee/croissants for cheaper elsewhere on North Street. The service was top notch however.

The atmosphere was weird when I walked in. Complete silence, people working on their laptops. If a quiet place to drink coffee and work is your thing then this is the perfect place. For me though, it was a bit unnerving.

a cafe i have frequented for a few years. I love the treats they have from various local organizations. it’s a great spot to study or work and the music always hits. my only complaints are i really dislike the chai latte and generally the drinks are expensive

No pastries at 8:40AM is pathetic. I'd really like to know why

This cozy sun soaked coffee shop serves up the laid back Burlington vibe with welcoming, knowledgable, and quick service! The hand-crafted London Fog was delightful, the espresso was fresh, strong and served in the appropriate sized cup. And if you're looking to satiate your sweet-tooth, they also have fresh baked locally sourced pastries and homemade ice cream. The barista's here easily served up the best coffee and tea experience throughout my entire visit in Vermont. My compliments to the entire team.
