Great, friendly and fast service, but place is under renovations, no dine in, and sushi is one of the worse ive had. Regular rolls (Maki/Futomaki) is small, almost the size of a normal Avocado/Cucumber roll (hosomaki). The spicy salmon was over powered by the sauce, and tempura roll was too big and broke apart. (Not well rolled) Might have to come back and try another dish, but not sushi here.

Ah, Shinjuku Station, a hidden gem in Burlington, Vermont. Now, before you jump to conclusions, I want to clarify that they are not vegan friendly. You're more likely to find a unicorn scuttling down Church Street here than a tofu roll. So if you're a hardcore herbivore, you might want to stick to kale smoothies.

Let's get down to business. Service is fast and friendly as a caffeinated squirrel. They nail the portions, but the real star here is the food.

We ordered bread rolls which were very tasty. It's like there's a party going on among us and everyone is invited. No, I'm not talking about gooey mashups. We're talking about real, big, generous chunks of fish. If you've ever had sushi rolls that looked more like fish puree than actual fish, you'll appreciate the effort here.

And let's not even talk about the price. Tuna roll is $5.75? It's like he's giving in. You might think it's secretly funded by wealthy sushi philanthropists with a mission to bring great sushi to the masses. But hey, that's just a theory.

Well, there's one bone, or rather, one seaweed salad. You know that feeling when you order something expecting a normal portion and what comes out is what can only be described as "bite-sized"? Yes, the seaweed salad here was like that too. It was more of a seaweed appetizer, or a teaser, so to speak. We wanted more, but maybe that's their clever ploy to keep us coming back for the second round.

Brace yourselves, cream cheese lovers. Apparently they said goodbye to cream cheese, like an old friend who moved on to other sushi rolls. It's a bittersweet farewell, but the show must go on.

Even in a world crowded with sushi restaurants, Shinjuku Station stands out. It's the kind of place where you can feel happy with every bite, and your wallet won't be burdened afterwards. Remember, leave your vegan friends at home and come here prepared to be satisfied with some authentic sushi.

Got take out here for the first time tonight, ordered 3 sushi rolls and one udon soup for just 32$, which is an incredible price for the amount of food and quality. The sushi was delicious and fresh, and the noodles in the udon soup were the perfect texture. Will 100% be coming back.
