Great, friendly and fast service, but place is under renovations, no dine in, and sushi is one of the worse ive had. Regular rolls (Maki/Futomaki) is small, almost the size of a normal Avocado/Cucumber roll (hosomaki). The spicy salmon was over powered by the sauce, and tempura roll was too big and broke apart. (Not well rolled) Might have to come back and try another dish, but not sushi here.

Got take out here for the first time tonight, ordered 3 sushi rolls and one udon soup for just 32$, which is an incredible price for the amount of food and quality. The sushi was delicious and fresh, and the noodles in the udon soup were the perfect texture. Will 100% be coming back.

I've been coming here for years. The service is always quick and friendly and the food is very good. The sushi travels well and makes for good takeout takeout food. I've enjoyed all of the new soup options that have been added over the years, especially the vegetarian options. Now that the business is takeout only my only recommendation is please open the inside door so customers don't have to call and hold it open while checking out. I highly recommend giving Sinjuku Station a visit!Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian soup and roll options.

We ordered from Shinjuku Station because of the amount of vegan options. We ordered three different vegan rolls, a miso soup, and an udon soup. Everything was so good and flavorful. The house made udon noodles were delicious. Next time we are in Burlington, we will be back!

The chashu udon bowl is out of this world. I’m obsessed with it. The house made udon has an amazing texture, the chashu is lusciously fatty, and the jus-style sauce soaks into the noodles gorgeously. The whole thing is a major umami bomb and it makes me so happy. They also don’t skimp on the portion for the chashu so I don’t feel like I have to conserve the bites of it, there is plenty!
Lots of the menu is vegan options; the place explicitly caters to vegans. Not open for dine-in, it's take-out only so order ahead of time. Loved the tofu skin roll!

Not a bad atmosphere, just a nonexistent one. Seems to be pick up only. That being said, it was some of the best sushi I've had in a while, and I have had a lot of sushi. Very quick, very cheap, VERY good.Parking: I had to park at the convenience store across the street.

I just got dinner from here and yummmm! It is quite affordable at $7 a roll for 8 piece rolls. All of the vegetarian sushi are vegan. I got the kanpyo shiitake roll (pan-friend shiitake mushroom, gourd) and the inari roll (sweet marinated tofu, avocado.) Both rolls were flavorful and fresh. Inari is my favorite and I've never seen it in a roll before. So creative and delicious! Definitely give this place your business if you are in Burlington.
