The atmosphere could be greatly improved by putting out a few umbrellas and cafe tables on the sunny street.
As for service- I think it’s unconscionable to not offer a customer restroom. After a 25 mile bike ride on the Island Line trail and then uphill from the waterfront, we would have loved a pitstop and handwashing before enjoying gelato. Please revisit this policy.

The gelato itself is wonderful, and I love supporting Burlington businesses. I want to note that the plastic they use to serve samples, and the plastic wrap around the cones, will prevent me from returning until they switch to sustainable materials.

These guys flavors are insane and unmatched. I’m always blown away, most recently the raspberry rhubarb sorbet and dark chocolate sorbet combo was out of this world delicious, rich, tart, and fresh.
