10 people bouncing around behind the counter and I'm given a coffee with two holes in the cup which leaked in my car. They must have known the cup was bad because they doubled up by placing it in a second cup. The only problem was both cups leaked. I paid $5.00 to have coffee leak all over my vehicle and had to trash it to prevent further leakage. Thanks for nothing.
I rarely leave bad reviews, but my last experience here was awful.
I understand there is a lady who doesn’t speak well English and she made few mistakes and I still got the wrong coffee, that’s fine, many of us immigrants were there. But the Second Lady - Sarah, who is clearly American native - even didn’t try to help!!! She was just looking how her colleague is struggling with understanding and orders. 1 star to you, Sarah!
Iced Matcha latte consistently not good tasting at all! Staff is pleasant but not helpful in checking how I prefer my drink. As an aside, it is the dirtiest Starbucks location in all of New England in my experience. I was reluctant to sit down on some very dirty seats there! I don’t enjoy giving this type of review but any past feedback I’ve sent directly to Starbucks customer service has been ignored. It’s terrible customer policy for $6-8+ per coffee!!

First time ordering here thru the app. I wanted to try the Strawberry Crème Frappuccino and it was delicious! It gets pretty busy from time to time. It’s inside market 32, so you can do your shopping after getting your drink.

Customer service sucks. Way more focused to online orders than Customer in the line.
Good service and dipped Madeleine cakes are back! Had them with a hot latte to help fight the freezing cold ?
The shaken espresso shouldn’t be half foam, and if I ask for a little more caffe to offset it, I shouldn’t be told that’s just how the coffee is, i haven’t even taken a sip yet
Staff are welcoming and super fast service
Excellent location inside Market 32 Price Chopper, with plenty of tables and charging ports. Though what really makes this place: The baristas. Gracious, friendly, fast, attentive employees who don't even work for tips (Price Chopper policy). Try one of their many inventive daily specials.

Covid at Shelburne Rd., Starbucks. Covid concerns: the outside chairs and tables at the Shelburne Road location have all been piled up. Not having a place to sit outside forces people to eat inside. Obviously this is more of a Covid problem than to have people outside. Either way, Those eating will not have masks on, but at a socially respectable distance of 6 feet or more outside the risk is minimized. Seems rather ironic to require a mask inside, which I agree with, but not have an opportunity to stay outside and enjoy the good coffee and food.I love Starbucks, but this is rather frustrating.

The Starbucks inside Marker 32 won't accept payment via the app (with linked credit card) unless there is a gift card preloaded. I'm not loading a gift card when my CC is already linked, and I'm not interested in going to that Starbucks if I can't get points. Employees are very friendly, drinks are good, but they need to fix their payment options.
