I had a good experience when I went there from around 11:45 A.m. to 12:15 p.m.

I ordered online. I did NOT choose to have Door Dash deliver my order, this is what Subway uses. Door Dash failed to deliver 3 items I ordered, but Subway says it’s Door Dash’s responsibility to get me the items. Listen, if Subway would have bagged my to go order in ONE bag instead of ONLY bagging my sub, maybe Door Dash would have grabbed my entire order. When I called the location I ordered from, the woman sounded put out because I didn’t get my items. Again, bag the to orders on one bag and this would not have happened. How am
I, the customer, to believe these items were all placed together, I’m not AT the location. To me, the customer, Subway seems just be passing the blame to Door Dash. No offer to reimburse my cost, simply told me to take it up with Door Dash.
Unreal! Poor customer service! Stop placing blame and appease your customers! All I wanted was what I ordered. I don’t think I’m asking too much. I’ll starve before I order from the Shelburne Road, South Burlington location again!!
CLOSED TILL THEY HIRE STAFF
Ordered 2 six inch subs. #1 asked for turkey; I got ham. #2 asked for ham. He turned to the other guy and asked what ham looks like. Asked for mayo and a LITTLE mustard. So much mustard couldn’t eat it. Neither one of them even tried to get the orders right. Not rude but just didn’t care.
Total waste of $$. Going to Jersey Mikes. Worth the extra drive.

Food was good, but rest rooms were locked and needed key to access it. When I asked the male server I got a blank look and no response. So I had to ask again, eventually I got the door unlocked. I understand the need to keep them locked at times! But at least some response would be nice, especially as we were customers!!

Idk why everyone is so mad at a sandwich. You go To subway for your sandwich and it is what it is… I thought it was just fine. Amy the employee that helped me was lovey and friendly and quick with the laughs. Her customer service was outstanding which really makes a difference when you’re trying to serve a bunch of difficult people who are grumpy over a sandwich….

Waited in line for 30 minutes. One person working, and some guy is ordering like 6 sandwiches. The guy asks for a particular sauce, and the one employee has to go look for about 8 minutes. Comes back empty handed. Finally a second employee arrives, he didn't see me standing there and asked the people behind me who just walked in to help them. Just all and all a really unpleasant experience. Of course now they are empty, maybe just bad luck and timing. But, I would also say, poor staffing choices, and poor customer service to not notice who is in front of the line and start helping the people behind you. My son liked the sandwich, so there's that! Also, the fountain is out of order.
Haven't been here in a couple of years and won't be going back. The sandwiches were terrible. Too expensive and you ger a crappy sandwich. Veggies weren't fresh, my bread was toasted too long, I couldn't taste the meat or the bacon. Should have went somewhere else. I won't make that mistake again. If I could give negative stars I would.

My sandwhich was hard. It was dry. Barely any ingredients. Such a sucky place.

Staff is incompetent, took 45 Minutes to get my sandwhich and then they swapped it with the guy behind me who they let pass me and check out before me. The sandwhich station was literally disgusting and I just went with the flow but now I’m home and I’m stuck with a meatball sub.

Awful service. Fully staffed with no customers, they're too busy chatting behind counter to take my order. I left. Plenty of better food in the same parking lot

So I actually sat down and had my meal and I went to go get a full drink out of the fountain dispensers to find out that it was flat. And that there's no ice in the ice machine and that there's employees. Friends going into the back of the room. While customers are here.

Employees were really nice and apologetic for wait times, but I feel bad for them— only two people scheduled for a busy night?? Food was great, no complaints on that front.
