I ordered online to save time but they put the walk in folks ahead of online orders here so I ended up waiting 15 minutes after they said the food would be ready. I used the restroom and it was not ideal

Unfortunately, today I wanted a sandwich. I pull up to subway, 30 entire minutes before they supposedly closed. Mouth salivating, stomach grumbling, ready to feast on a BLT. To my surprise and my stomachs disappointment, the sign was off and no soul to be seen. I want my sandwich. Let me give u money PLEASE

No footlong dippers available anymore. Just food that looked pretty disgusting :( . Staff were displeased with working conditions.

The girl who was working today around 4:45 BY HERSELF, had a HUGE line + online orders and completely handled everything with patience and grace and she deserves a pay raise. very friendly while handling everything in a timely manner and still speaking to everyone that walked in.

I was the only customer in line. Not busy at all. Asked me after the sandwich was put together if I wanted any mustard or mayonnaise. Then I replied with yes “LIGHT MAYO” & this is the sloppy sandwich I received. This is the only location for subway I’ve had problems with ONLY location. This place needs to get it together. & I tipped the one worker 🤧 sadly my mama raised me right. But this is just a disappointment. 0/10. Not coming back.

I ordered online. I did NOT choose to have Door Dash deliver my order, this is what Subway uses. Door Dash failed to deliver 3 items I ordered, but Subway says it’s Door Dash’s responsibility to get me the items. Listen, if Subway would have bagged my to go order in ONE bag instead of ONLY bagging my sub, maybe Door Dash would have grabbed my entire order. When I called the location I ordered from, the woman sounded put out because I didn’t get my items. Again, bag the to orders on one bag and this would not have happened. How am
I, the customer, to believe these items were all placed together, I’m not AT the location. To me, the customer, Subway seems just be passing the blame to Door Dash. No offer to reimburse my cost, simply told me to take it up with Door Dash.
Unreal! Poor customer service! Stop placing blame and appease your customers! All I wanted was what I ordered. I don’t think I’m asking too much. I’ll starve before I order from the Shelburne Road, South Burlington location again!!

Ordered 2 six inch subs. #1 asked for turkey; I got ham. #2 asked for ham. He turned to the other guy and asked what ham looks like. Asked for mayo and a LITTLE mustard. So much mustard couldn’t eat it. Neither one of them even tried to get the orders right. Not rude but just didn’t care.
Total waste of $$. Going to Jersey Mikes. Worth the extra drive.

Food was good, but rest rooms were locked and needed key to access it. When I asked the male server I got a blank look and no response. So I had to ask again, eventually I got the door unlocked. I understand the need to keep them locked at times! But at least some response would be nice, especially as we were customers!!

Idk why everyone is so mad at a sandwich. You go To subway for your sandwich and it is what it is… I thought it was just fine. Amy the employee that helped me was lovey and friendly and quick with the laughs. Her customer service was outstanding which really makes a difference when you’re trying to serve a bunch of difficult people who are grumpy over a sandwich….

Waited in line for 30 minutes. One person working, and some guy is ordering like 6 sandwiches. The guy asks for a particular sauce, and the one employee has to go look for about 8 minutes. Comes back empty handed. Finally a second employee arrives, he didn't see me standing there and asked the people behind me who just walked in to help them. Just all and all a really unpleasant experience. Of course now they are empty, maybe just bad luck and timing. But, I would also say, poor staffing choices, and poor customer service to not notice who is in front of the line and start helping the people behind you. My son liked the sandwich, so there's that! Also, the fountain is out of order.
Haven't been here in a couple of years and won't be going back. The sandwiches were terrible. Too expensive and you ger a crappy sandwich. Veggies weren't fresh, my bread was toasted too long, I couldn't taste the meat or the bacon. Should have went somewhere else. I won't make that mistake again. If I could give negative stars I would.
