Food was good, but rest rooms were locked and needed key to access it. When I asked the male server I got a blank look and no response. So I had to ask again, eventually I got the door unlocked. I understand the need to keep them locked at times! But at least some response would be nice, especially as we were customers!!
Idk why everyone is so mad at a sandwich. You go To subway for your sandwich and it is what it is… I thought it was just fine. Amy the employee that helped me was lovey and friendly and quick with the laughs. Her customer service was outstanding which really makes a difference when you’re trying to serve a bunch of difficult people who are grumpy over a sandwich….
The staff were friendly and apologetic for the wait. The restaurant was fairly clean. But my mobile order was half an hour late. Sat waiting for most of that time. Owners need to staff up at lunchtime.
