I like to think of myself as a foodie. I've traveled all over the country eating at some of the best and most creative restaurants. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and extremely impressed with this place. I was not expecting to find a gem like this in Burlington of all places.
I ordered the Number 8, and it was hands down the best egg sandwich or probably best breakfast sandwich of any kind that I've ever had. The Bonut (biscuit-donut) was not quite like anything else I've seen, and definitely in the top 10 donuts I've ever had.
I'm not vegetarian or vegan, but I should note that not a single thing on the menu has any meat in it.
Service was friendly and helpful, and it seems like the workers have at least some amount of passion for their job. I also like the overall vibe and theme of the restaurant. It's unique, artsy, obscure, eccentric and fun.
This is without a doubt the best breakfast sandwich in Burlington, and probably all of Vermont.
The only reason I could imagine someone not wanting to eat here, is that the menu is a bit limited. Pretty much just breakfast sandwiches, coffee and donuts. However if that's what you're looking for, there's no better place to find it.
