Cool atmosphere, waited about 40 minutes on a Saturday for a party of 4. Service was good. Most of the food was tasty overall. Very disappointing to order chicken and waffles and not be given any syrup without an “upcharge” stating there was already “some hot honey on it”. The pancake was not warm. Attention for refills was lacking. Otherwise, the rest of our meals and time there was good and we would return. Our server was friendly and professional, I think she was newer and possibly training.

Food was mediocre. Service was absolutely terrible, one of the orders in our party was completely incorrect. They remade it but it took forever. The rest of the party was done eating by the time the food came out. Then it was not only still on the bill but they charged us double for it. Then swiped the card, only after we realized we were charged double. Then the server was tipped for the 2 orders. They said they are going to remove the extra charge but who knows. Definitely won’t be back to this location. We have been to other locations before and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had.

Our experience was pretty disappointing. The servers were great and accommodating but the food was pretty bad. The French toast was very runny in the middle. We had it remade and it came back 10 minutes or so later crispy on the outside and still runny in the middle. My bacon didn't come out crispy like I requested and the eggs were a little cold. It seemed they were serving food on cold plates. I'm not sure what my wife ordered but she felt pretty nauseous after leaving. The server did what she could to take some of the stuff off the bill.
It was my wife's idea to come here because she had a good experience the day before. This was my first time. I'm not feeling eager to return any time soon.

One of the best brunch I’ve ever had ! Their pancakes are bloody delicious. The staff is really nice, and so the atmosphere. Would recommend this place 1000% !

Waited forever for our food. Was very disappointed when we finally got it. I had the chicken and waffles, poor choice. Plus, it was cold. I had had it before a couple of years back n it was so awesome but this time it was horrible for the price. Chicken was so tough and over cooked I could hardly cut it. I found maybe 3-4 crumbles of bacon n maybe 2 kernels of corn. Chicken breast was cut into 3 pieces and small. You get nothing else with it for 19.00. Total rip off. The other 2 people got the chicken cordon Bleu Benedict at least theirs was warm but ham was so thin you could see through it. I will never come back here again. Way over priced for what you get.
This place understands and tends properly to food allergies. The food is great and the service is comparable. I love coming here with my family for breakfast

We are leafers, and we invaded Burlington. After trying trendy brunch spots, this place is my favorite. It was clean, the music wasn’t so loud and our waitress, Pippa, was amazing. The food is excellent and we should have come here everyday. The silverware was clean and I didn’t see any flies…unlike at the Skinny Pancake.
Vegetarian options: I dont eat beef or pork, so there was chicken sausage and turkey bacon there.
