I bring my lunch to work, but today the floor ate it. I heard this place has the best burger and it didn’t disappoint! A typical small neighborhood shop, I was happy to have the online order option, it was ready and still hot when I picked up. The unnamed burger was to die for! Thanks to you I don’t have to cry over spilled leftovers anymore!

My neighbor suggested going to this place after we went to Costco. I ordered the Sizzler. It was delicious except the bacon was poorly cooked and was all fat. I should have asked for crispy bacon. The best burger in Burlington though. Would like to see a blue cheese or gorgonzola cheese option. Oh also the fries were great. Defiantly order those.

The Sizzler was a perfect example of a proper Burger!Fries were a bit over salted but good. Jalapeño poppers were the best ive had, nicely crisp and crunchy with a good ratio of cheese stuffed. Suggest calling in to order in advance, it may take sometime to get your order. Take out only, no dining area as its inside a convenience store.

The lettuce, tomato, onions, and pepper jack cheese brought everything together, creating a symphony of flavors that danced delightfully on the palate. As if that wasn't enough, their fries? Golden, crispy perfection.I'll admit, I was a little thrown off when I realized it was situated inside a convenience store. But any hesitation was instantly forgotten upon the first bite. This is easily the most consistently good food I’ve had in my time in Burlington VT. In the 3 years I’ve spent here, every time I wanted something good I turn to The Shopping Bag, these guys don’t miss!!! The enraged sizzler is delicious, their BLTs are the best I’ve ever had, and don’t get me started on the fries. I’m moving soon and this place will definitely be missed!
