Great new spot in peabody, different enough from the other local places...nice offering and a welcome addition to the Northshore mall
Hadley location is awesome!!! Great staff and great food!
With so many good options in Montpelier, this place should just be skipped. The people aren't friendly, the food is overpriced and not great. The restaurant is dirty.
Breakfast Sammy is so yummy my favorite food I think about it everyday.

I came and sat at the bar simply to order a beer while I waited for someone who had an appointment. For nearly 20 minutes no one acknowledged my existence. When I asked if I could get a beer, they insisted that I had to go 5 feet from where I was sitting to go wait in line to order. I refused to do that. Had they let me know that when I first came in, it would not have been a big deal at all. They were just ridiculous about it. I've been to this place for years (and ordered beer from the bar) and I've never been treated like this before. I will not be back (and yes, I went to Foam Brewers instead).
Not students but a couple of tourists and this place just happened to be near our hotel. Can’t say enough good things about how tasty the food was! We ordered The Vegan savory crepe and a sweet one which they were able to make vegan for us. Friendly service, and delicious breakfast. Appreciated!!

Horrible service. Were too lazy to make an allergy free Crepe and did not list that the buns on the breakfast sandwiches contained sesame, which a member of my group was allergic to. Do not waste your time and money here and go someplace better.

This review is no way a slight towards the staff or service! The staff at the university location are amazing and do excellent jobs. The service is good too, and I’ve had no issues with the staff at all.My main qualm is with the pricing. It can be anywhere from 12-18 dollars for a single crepe, with the tip raising the price into the lower 20s at times. Whilst the crepes are generally good, the pricing is way too expensive given it’s a single crepe and nothing else (and the fact the primary customers are college students).Again, nothing wrong with the staff but the pricing is ludicrous. Aside from the prices, the vibe is very good and it has tables to sit at.

Check # 168 at the btv airport location (near gate 3). It was about 8:45 am. The girl was grossly inefficient, had a constant sour look on her face with all the customers and was unbelievably rude and impatient with people. I got the wrong sandwich and, on top of that, got charged extra, for a substitution I didn’t make. Everyone was frustrated because she was so disorganized, nasty and slow, taking and attempting to implement orders. As the line of pissed off customers grew exponentially, she didn’t appear to give a hoot. I tossed my sandwich and sat for 10 min, awaiting my flight and watching her consistent rudeness and ineptitude….several customers left the line and/or walked away, because she was so slow and/or rude. She even put the wrong name on my receipt. I would think Skinny Pancake’s standards would be higher than this.
Service was dreadful - they’re either incredibly understaffed, grossly inefficient, or quite possibly, both. The restaurant has a waitlist management system which they don’t effectively use. We showed up when we were first on the waitlist with a 5 minute estimated wait time. When we checked in, we were told that there weee still quite a few people ahead of us, and waited another 20 minutes. We ordered at the table with a scan code, and when our food arrived about 25 minutes later (not unreasonable), we still had to ask for our drinks - a ‘bottomless’ coffee and an americano. We were brought a coffee and an empty cup to fill ourselves after we’d finished eating breakfast. We asked for a to go cup for the regular (bottomless) coffee, and when tasted, the americano was so absurdly hot to the point it scalded my lip. The restaurant was half empty, so why the service was so poor with such long wait times when the servers are effectively food runners is beyond me. Shame - the food was decent, but probably the worst run restaurant I’ve ever stepped foot in.
Delicious food, great customer service, very fast food service. Great place! i’d recommend this place to a friend!!!!
Underwhelming. We had heard such good things about this spot but were so disappointed with bland food and the self service aspect. Weird menu, small portions, and it’s expensive for what you get. The staff was very friendly but ekk based on the food we won’t be back.
lowkey sucks
