Very cool vibe with great originality. Good food and unique. Has the cured meat and the cheese board appetizers. Both were unique and delicious. Their brews are made in house and we're authentic and very good.

We had the meat and cheese plates, delicious!!!!! Beer brewed right there, we had the Burly Irish Ale, it hit the spot. The service was friendly and on the spot. I will recommend this pub to friends that will be visiting later in the fall.

Apparently Vermont's oldest brewery! Nice, friendly staff.
Good selection of beers and ales (didn't care much for the signature Red). Bar food - Tenders were ok. Standard stuff. If the weather is nice - much better to sit outside. Inside by the bar is a bit dead. Worth a stop for a pint before moving on!

Recently starting working in Burlington again and have now ordered take out from the pub three times. I have to say the food quality seems to have taken a dive over the last few years because what I have been served recently is not what it used to be. Today for example, I ordered simple chicken tenders and fries. The tenders are nearly burnt to a crisp giving them a bad flavor and the fries are lukewarm. Super bummed out that there seems to have been a change in food prep. These fries used to be one of my favorites in town.

Food was average..nothing spectacular. I didn't like that my garden salad was put on my warm plate with warm food. Service was slow even though it wasn't very busy. I told the waitress I wanted a beer but need to look at the list and she never came back..I had to ask another server. The gravy tasted like it was out of a jar and my husband said his poutine was horrible..basically looked like a piece of American cheese was melted over the fries with jar gravy on top. Was also surprised to see a kitchen appreciation fee especially with the so-so quality of the food
