Allows known predator that does not work in the establishment but is there almost every night, to interact with guests, go behind the bar, come and go as they please. Especially inappropriate when dealing with younger female guests under the influence.

Misogynistic mostly male staff who makes fun of women publicly. Embarrassed to have spent so much money supporting a business which harasses women. The owner should be ashamed of herself.
I'd call this a cocktail bar, with some beers on tap and cans. Had a short wait to get in around 11pm on a nice Saturday night-- very popular place. Friendly staff. Plenty of pay parking nearby. Indoor and outdoor spaces, tables, high chairs and sofas. Might be tough for someone using a wheelchair to navigate the space.
