The woman who greeted me this evening was the rudest + nastiest employee I've run into in a very, very long time. 5 pm July 31. Her customer service skills are some of the worst I've seen. Time to tune her up (or let her go). Not a good look for your business at all!

I think I would have liked it but the fruit tasted like it had been cut on a cutting board that had recently been home to an onion. Please work on cross-contamination.

My first time visiting Burlington, I was so excited..i decided to check this place out as it seemed good and healthy. I ordered 3 regular sized different smoothies on July 4, 2024. They totalled over 30.00. When they called my name to come get them, the employee accidentally spilled one of the smoothies all over the counter which resulted in half the smoothie gone. Embarrassed, she impulsively threw in some random stuff in a blender and filled it back to the top. She didn't even know what kind i ordered since the man in the back made them and she did not. I expected her to allow a new smoothie to be made instead. The smoothie was so gross and chunky. I threw it out loosing 10.00. I get mistakes happen and things spill, but c'mon, the way it was handled was an emberessment to me too. I was shocked at the product and the way she handled her mistake at my expense. The other two smoothies went to my family with me. Overall, very disappointed in this place..the employee lady made a mistake and cut corners trying to save their own money and handed me a smoothie that should of been made right. I lost money which I can't get over....and I work damn hard for my money!

Everything is always fresh and tasty! Even when I get my order delivered, it's great.
We were in town for the marathon and I had the best smoothie bowl I’ve ever had here! Also I was able to sit out front and watch the marathon and they were so kind and wonderful! Was even able to use their bathroom while I was there since I bought something. Tomato soup was wonderful also! It was a little expensive but really worth it!
