Horrible bar tender working on 11/20/25. Treated customers with no respect and was extremely rude. Been a regular customer for years, absolutely will not be going back if she is working.

This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every employee is so incredibly rude for no reason. They are standoffish about everything. The bartender(older man) threw a piece of ice at my friend because he thought he had left a $0 tip on his bill(which was like $12). He had in fact left a tip. I once asked for a beer they didn’t have and the older woman bartender simply responded with “no” in a very nasty tone. My friend found a hair in his drink and they simply refused to remake it for him. There have been other experiences but it has gone on so long and every person there seems to be okay with this type of treatment so I had to put a review .
The bartenders here a so rude. The drinks were so bad that we didn’t even drink them and just left them and walked out. Waste of money. We will not be going back.
Our bartender, Crystal, made this our favorite spot in Burlington! She was so kind, friendly, and welcoming. When we came back the next night, she remembered our names AND our drink orders! Such a great vibe, would come back every weekend!

It was terrible. Rude people, awful service.
While the environment and drinks are fine, the service is absolutely horrific.
I witnessed a bouncer knock a drink out of a younger woman’s hand. The drink splashed all down her front. He also got in her face and yelled in it. As an older and loyal patron of this establishment, I will not be returning. Do better.

Super disappointed in the service and treatment here. Worst customer sevice i have ever experienced. Came with a large group of friends and we were not allowed inside- (my husband walked up to the sidewalk while finishing a *non-alcoholic* polar seltzer water) We were told in an extremely rude manner we were not welcomed inside. Pizza is good, tho... The one and only saving grace. Sadly, will not be spending another penny here. You could pry it out of my cold dead hands. Would rather spend money on a 'za at little Caesars...

If u like rude bartenders, bedraggled security/door guys that lack any sense of customer service, disgusting bathrooms, sticky floors & over priced watered down drinks then this is a great place for u. It’s one of those bars that only seems to draw in the obnoxious uvm frat bros that don’t understand the word no…so hide your drinks ladies. I’d avoid this place at all costs!

The uni spot, used to end every night here
Move into the 21st century and accept official state ID apps. Even worse, not letting someone in who is visibly pregnant, when all my friends went in ahead of me, even just to use the bathroom. Really loved sitting on your sidewalk.

When in Burlington, fill up at Three Needs! The pizza is excellent, crispy well cooked crust, no flop. I got a no cheese vegan pizza and it was delicious, the roasted garlic was a standout. Alex devoured the Sausage and Pepperoni pie and Sam was very into his pizza which had tomatoes, I’m always a little suspicious of that, but then again I had carmelized onions, so who is the suspicious one??? The beer was cold and served with care, on a disgustingly hot and humid day, who wants anything more. Alex raved about the cider, I had the Hazy Conehead (maybe?). This isn’t drunk pizza, this is legit anytime you want to enjoy the good life pizza, am I right?
Bartenders are rude and aggressive. Beer sucks.
Josh was an awesome bartender.
