This is my favorite restaurant in Burlington. The food, service, and atmosphere are all fantastic. It's casually elegant without being shishi. It's got a grotto-like atmosphere with string lighting that is perfect for a cozy evening. The food is fresh and changes seasonally.

Everything was great ... the pasta, ambiance, service, drinks all top notch. Came here for my birthday dinner, first visit, won't be the last!

Usually Italian food is not worth eating out because it is not very good. TD is good, but you are paying a lot for it.

We have traveled to Burlington for many years to attend Grand Point North and when we are in town we always have dinner at Trattoria Delia.
You walk in the door and down the stairs and it's like you are transported to a different time and place.
The decor is incredibly cozy and the fireplace makes it perfect.
The meal is spaced out properly and you aren't rushed which is always a big thing for me. An Italian meal should be an experience not just a quick thing.
The menu is very well curated and there are always great specials.
The desserts are authentic and they have a great list of after dinner drinks.
I was impressed to look at the after dinner drink menu and see Punch Abruzzese on the menu.
I grew up with my grandparents drinking this stuff as it is originally made in Abruzzo near my grandmother's home town of La Ville Santa Marie. As an adult I had never seen it in a restaurant until Trattoria Delia.
Of course I ordered one and it was as delicious as I remembered.
If you are in Burlington make Trattoria Delia your first stop for dinner.

Beautiful interior, perfect for a date night. The food was steeply priced but was pretty good.

I’ve always had pleasant experiences here, but unfortunately my most recent visit will be my last. The service was extremely disappointing, specifically our server. From the moment we sat down, she was dismissive, cold, and unwelcoming, which stood in stark contrast to the other staff members we encountered, who were wonderful.
I’ve never experienced such rude and inattentive service here before, and I felt especially bad for my family visiting from out of town, as I had recommended the restaurant based on past positive experiences.
While the atmosphere remains enjoyable, prices have increased significantly and portions have noticeably decreased. Combined with our recent experience, this visit was disheartening enough that I don’t plan to return.

T.D. is a fantastic date and want a great meal type of restaurant. The interior decor is dark wood and the lighting is perfect.
The menu was small but the dishes were amazing. We had the antipasti masti (?) which is a huge charcuterie and could have been a meal unto itself. The pasta was delicious as was the braised short rib.
Whatever you get, you’ll love it.

We’ve been to this restaurant countless times and always loved the food and service. It has been our go-to spot for years, and their bolognese was easily our favorite in the entire state.
That’s why this recent visit was so shocking. I had family in town and brought them here expecting a great night. From the moment we sat down, our server Avena M was extremely rude and passive-aggressive, to the point that it felt borderline hostile. What made it even worse was that we could clearly see her being genuinely warm and friendly to the other tables. Every other staff member we interacted with that night was very nice, which only highlighted how out of place her behavior was.
It completely ruined what should have been a special evening with my family. The only explanation I can come up with is that she was having a bad day and took it out on us because we were the youngest people in the restaurant. We were respectful the entire time and didn’t complain to anyone, because at that point we just wanted to leave as quickly as possible.
I’ve eaten at restaurants in over 10 countries and have never experienced service like this. This was, without question, the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had, and that includes chain places you’d expect to be mediocre. I’m genuinely disappointed to be writing this, because we used to consider this one of our favorite spots.

Honestly, not sure what has happened, been frequenting this restaurant for over 27 years, but the service and meal tonight were absolutely disappointing. Waitress was mostly absent, curt and quick, to get olive oil I finally asked another waiter (he was super). My food was a child’s size portion, overcooked pasta, crime in an Italian restaurant! Plain, tasteless sauce. Sad day for us, would be hard pressed to go back to this iconic, it has really changed.

Warm ambiance and warm staff. Had a delicious meal and our server (Mara?) was attentive without hovering. Perfect.

As a long islander and italian food fanatic this is my favorite italian spot in Burlington! My go to place for special occasions. Great place to take people to who are visiting from out of town. Food is always 10/10 and the atmosphere is intimate and cozy.
