The food is best described as "OK" (though I guess that makes it authentic British food, eh?) - one of the sandwiches of all time! Where these guys shine is the service. They're always friendly, accommodating, and fast. Extensive menu options, as well. Good if you need a quick sandwich and don't want anything fancy, or to spend an arm and a leg on a sub that's tiny and overpriced, this is a great option!

What a way to start our 10-year anniversary trip! The service was so friendly and the food was AMAZING! My husband ordered the beef and onion and I had the turkey lurkey. The bar for sandwiches has been set and it’s going to be hard to beat!

Exceptional sandwich shop. I stopped in here with my family for a quick lunch and we were instantly greeted kindly. We all took a few glances at the huge menu with some phenomenal choices and ordered. The food was amazing, fresh bread, delicious ingredients, and the pastrami and swiss panini was life-changing. My Fiancee and I had lunch here today. We got there at about 11:30 at Union Jacks this place gets to be very busy considering that we were fourth in line. But when we were about to placed our order I saw the line behind us grow to 6-7 people in line. From the counter to the entrance door. So my advice to you all to either get there when they open or call and order ahead.My fiancee had the Fish and Chips along with a large side order of Fried Pickles. I had a Pastrami and Swiss Panini style on jalapeno bread. My side order was a large order of onion rings. We ate our food there and it was brought out to us at our table and you could see the steam coming off our food.I really enjoyed seeing Union Jacks staff knowing their "regulars" of what they want to eat or just seeing on how their well being.Union Jacks has been in the same place for the last 26 years and still going strong!
