Best gluten free bagels. I recommend getting them extra toasted

Allie Arnaiz

I was overall super happy and impressed with my experience at Willow's bagels. Although it took ~30 minutes to get our bagels, they were super good quality and tasted amazing. I would much rather wait a long time and get a good bagel than wait 10 minutes for a sloppy one. Service was good. It was super chaotic in there, and super busy, but obviously that is not their fault.
The atmosphere inside was very intense and crowded. It was so busy inside, and it felt like there was nowhere to stand. Though, for the taste and price of the bagel and coffee, I will most definitely be back.

Sad to report that the last 3 visits I’ve had here (our family eats here often) have been massively disappointing, both in service and product. The meals have just been…bad, sad to say.

Major mistakes on several items (who puts cream cheese on an egg sandwich on bread?!), lack of following up on refund for one completely wrong order, and general disregard of quality of food they serve.

Sad to see a regular favorite lose their quality touch. Everything seems so careless.

Seriously one of the best gluten free bagels I have had! Most of them are usually dry and not filling, but Willow's makes them in house and they're so fresh and actually have substance! I had it with vegan cream cheese and it was perfectly toasted. I ordered online and then let them know at the counter when I was there. Highly recommend!

I had a brunch catered for 35 people. The food was great! John was a pleasure to do business with and so helpful. Thank you Sydnie for the seamless set up and clean up.
I will definitely be using them again!

Vegan ‘lox’, choice of impossible or Morningstar sausages. Just eggs and violife cheese.

They have loads of vegan options and the vegan laux is delicious. I honestly felt like I was cheating- but it was an absolute ringer for smoked salmon

This was my first time visiting this bagel shop and I ordered a bagel toasted with butter. It’s basic but it shouldn’t be that hard to mess up. I waited about 20 minutes for this as they were extremely busy (which is fine I get it). Once I got my bagel I found out it was not toasted. It was literally just sliced and slathered in cold, unmelted butter. When I ordered, the cashier repeated back my order and yet my bagel was still not toasted.

The vegan options here are really good! The muffins (pumpkin chocolate chip and raspberry lemon thyme and puptart we got were really tasty, great baked goods. I got a breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel, impossible sausage, vegan egg, spinach and tomato with chive cream cheese- really good all around. I would probably get a latte elsewhere as it tasted a bit burnt but overall this is an awesome spot for vegan options.
