Lisa is very unwelcoming and rude to guests. We went twice out of convenience and each time at least one of our 4 meals was inedible. Kids meals ok, and would return for that and a drink if the staff wasn’t so awful and unaccommodating.

Be aware that they are running a scam! We ordered a drink to go. The to-go cup had a drink and ice in it. When we poured it into the plastic cocktail cup they gave us, it turned out to be only half of the drink we paid for.
We went back to tell them, but instead the bartender tried to shame us, saying it was “only $13” and that we shouldn’t have come to them about it. They then told us to go speak to the food and beverage director. What???
Of course, we’re not going to do that, and we will never come back to this place again. This is incredibly petty and cheap. If they cheat with drinks, what else are they cheating about? And they openly do not care about the customers.
Forgot to mention, food is overpriced and uneatable.
Update: today, when my husband went to get cheese curds from this place (unfortunately, other places close by do not have it). The lady barmen verbally attacked my husband yelling all the profanity words you can find in the dictionary in front of all the customers. She told him “ how dare you leave the bad review to us?” and cursed him out.

Extremely overpriced for what is served and horrible quality of food and service.
We only placed a pick up order and to have a bad experience with the servers is unusual. The server who took our order over the phone (Liz, according to the server name on our receipt) had an attitude from the start with not being helpful in the slightest with menu questions. When we arrived to pick it up, we were told to “stand over there” by the host for our pick up order so we followed her vague hand gesture to the server station. We stood there for almost 5 minutes, with two servers (Jamie and Peter, from what I saw at the server station) walking past us multiple times not acknowledging us at all. Then we realized there was a to go bag sitting on the bar. When we walked over to the bar and were given the bag, we realized we were given the wrong salad and a whole meal was missing. Liz got very defensive when we pointed out the burger was missing and said “you said you didn’t want it anymore” when I truly have no idea what WAS said that would lead her to believe that. This goes back to her attitude when I had questions about the menu. No apology though for the miscommunication. We had to wait another 15 minutes for the missing meal to be made and there wasn’t a single apology or any customer service from Liz the entire time. Truly upsetting that there was nothing good about ordering from this place.

Walk across the street to the store, buy breakfast items and save your self the peace of mind .

We had very good service, with no unnecessary delay. Also, quality and quality was very good.

Worst meal we’ve ever eaten. Ribs were so fatty and tough we couldn’t eat. Chicken tenders were a good portion but drenched in sauce. Not the quality we expected from a beautiful resort!

Great server. Food was very mediocre. Disappointed for a resort of this caliper.

Very outdated and expensive for what you get. The food is mediocre at best. $20 for 4 chicken tenders and soggy fries is diabolical. The service is great, but can't make up for the quality of food or it's 80s style atmosphere.

Hostesses have an attitude problem but my waiter Clayton was awesome and saved my experience here. And the chili is great.

Great breakfast. Avocado toast was delicious.
So annoying having to wait 10-20 mins when half the tables are open…
Average American food. Very basic. The atmosphere was very dated, but so is the vibe of the resort. Not sure I'd recommend, but options in the area are super limited.
I was chased out today and completely made unwelcome. I wanted to check my email on my computer while my husband was skiing. The waiter made it clear I was not welcome to set up my lap top. Even when I said I was wanting to purchase lunch there.
Very unfriendly!
Great family venue. The buffet items at the event I attended were all great.
