“Rusty’s Pizza and Pie helped us out for our Milton Ski and Ride Club end of season party. Everyone (all 63 participants) loved the pizza! Thanks for your friendly and fast service!”
“I was told by a friend to stop here if I went by so I did. We had a great time talking to the two Ricks. Drink was good. Atmosphere was good. Definitely a local dive hang out. Loved it. Outside seating, a few pool tables, and a volleyball court”
“The service was wonderful and the food was delicious and tasty with great presentation!!! We highly recommend this place for brunch!! Do yourself a favor and try it out!”
“We ate here while staying at Sterling ridge resort. The nicest staff and the food was soooo good! We didn’t have a reservation but sat at the bar for dinner. The lobster rolls were 10/10, drinks were on point and we got the salmon & blackened chicken pasta for dinner - both awesome. We will definitely be coming back!”
“Smugglers Notch is the perfect expert and family and family skiing resort. I love that it is a quintessential Vermont old-school ski mountain and not full of high speed quads that clog up the trails. If you don't like standing in line and riding up 2-seater lifts, then you should go over the other side of the Notch to Stowe.”
“we came upon this place for lunch on one of our days during vacation and the food was delicious so we decided to come back for the evening menu....I had the pork tenderloin and my husband had a steak. absolutely perfect and loved every bite.. I want to bring this place back to Wisconsin!”
“We love to go there with our grandsons in the summer. They love the activities and the ice cream. They love to make their tie dye t-shirts! They always have a great time! The service is great and they are always very friendly no matter how busy they are! They have a great gift shop as well.”
“Ordered a couple subs from this location and they were better than I thought considering some of the reviews. The girl made them quickly and wasn't skimping on the toppings. Will order from here again.”
“Village Tavern Jeffersonville, VT I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Village Tavern in Jeffersonville, VT, conveniently located minutes from Smuggler's Notch, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a warm and welcoming ambiance. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure our dining experience was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, with a diverse menu that catered to a variety of tastes. I tried the grilled salmon and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The portion sizes were generous and the presentation was beautiful. I highly recommend the Maple Chipotle Wings(we are in VT of course) or the Quesadilla Explosion Salad to really get your taste buds going. They offer a variety of classics for kids as well such as Chicken Fingers, Hot Dogs, and Spaghetti. Overall, I highly recommend The Village Tavern to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Jeffersonville. The combination of excellent food, friendly service, and cozy atmosphere make it a must-visit destination. I will definitely be returning in the future. PLEASE NOTE: They are VERY busy so you will likely not get through via phone. I showed up in person to a packed restaurant, placed my takeout order and was out within 20 mins.”
“Went for trivia and had a great time! This is owned by two family best friends! It is a very warm nice environment with great beer of course. It is wonderful to have a family owned business like this to enjoy. If you find yourself around the area make sure to stop in and at least say hello.”
“I ordered pies for my sisters celebration of life. They were a big hit and everyone asked where they came from. Best pies ever Will most definitely order from them again.”
“Can’t comment on the food because we didn’t have it, but the coffee was really good. The place is comfy and the people weee great! The coffee soda was really cool, and I bet it would be fantastic on a hot afternoon.”
“Anybody that knows Kelli, understands how much she loves Sunflour Bakery. Kelli is in Texas for the summer and has been bummed out that she won’t have her favorite morning stop within reach until late August. Grace and fam worked their magic and sent a taste of VT Kelli’s way for Mother’s Day. Thank you guys soooooo much for making this happen! She just called me, screaming with excitement; safe to say you made her weekend!”
“My wife and I dropped in on the last day of our vacation yesterday. We weren't really sure what to expect, but whatever those expectations were, were completely blown out of the water with super friendly service, tasty beer and a cozy atmosphere. We've driven by a million times when we've been up here for vacation and never stopped in, I wish that we had sooner! Do yourself a favor and stop by. I really enjoyed the session ale.”
“Tasty sandwiches and wraps with an extensive selection, reasonably priced, pleasant staff. Can't understand how the subway across the street stays in business with this superior option right there.”
“Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for kids and allowed our kids to all bunk up together and have fun the entire week. Everything is very accessible at the resort and it is nice to have chairlift access within walking distance.”
“My second visit to Brot Bakehouse School and Kitchen: I attended a one day Rye class and it was fabulous! Heike, made it all seem simple and approachable for all levels. The atmosphere was extra special- I imagine I’ll keep coming back!”
“This is our newest haunt. Their food is just good and while the dining room is small, we are always treated well. It's a bit of a drive for us, but totally worth it. (And if you want a cheeseburger sub, just ask. It's not on the menu, but that won't stop them.)”
“The food and the service was very good. The atmosphere here was laid back and enjoyable. The food portions were very good.Parking: There is plenty of parking at the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking, but getting inside could be tricky. I walk with a cane and had to be careful of a step going in.”
“The pizza here is so, so good! If I am coming into Jericho, I'm picking up a pie at Mountain High. They don't skimp on toppings. Salads are fresh and crisp. What more could you want?”
“We got dinner here last night, the food was good and the staff was great. I got the lobster and pasta special which was pretty good and my wife got the lamb rack which was also good. My kids got a chicken parm and a cheese burger. We all got deserts and the bill came to 200$. We try to eat here when we visit Smuggs it’s good! Oh and you have to make a reservation”
“The special pizza tonight was the best pizza I have ever had! White pizza, ricotta, prosciutto, arugula , dried figs and honey was an amazing combo! Please put this on your menu as one of your specialty pies! To die for!”
“Really happy with the first visit to Jericho Cafe and Tavern. The place has a really great vibe and the staff was super welcoming and friendly. We started with some tasty chicken wings and our dinners arrived quickly and were also very good. It was a weeknight, so we didn't get a chance to hear any of the live music but it looked like it would have been a ton of fun. Would definitely return!”
“This is a private club. I've seen a lot of reviews complaining about this not being advertised, so I want to say that first and foremost. The atmosphere is relaxed, light and airy, the entire space is always impeccably clean and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The food is fresh and the quality is always excellent. The dress is country club casual. Parking is limited, but valet parking is available and free.”
“Everything was great. Above all, CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! It’s definitely modernized and well kept. We were in the main building. The pool looked wonderful though we didn’t have a chance to use it. Free breakfast each morning off choices made for us, not a buffet. King bed was very comfortable and chair and footrest next to the bed also great. Television had more channels than I can remember on a hotel television. The location is on the main road that goes into the shopping/dining district but a few miles away so it’s quiet. The beginning of the famed Recreation Trail is a very short walk from the hotel. The Wi-Fi was the best of three places we stayed on this trip. Shannon, the proprietor is terrific. I’ll definitely come back here. Parking is free and close to the building entrance.”
“Such a beautiful place. Staff just looked unhappy, but service was good. Burgers were very overcooked. Rice Bowl was great. Breakfast sandwiches were very good, churro was okay.”
“Great place to stop for some fries and a beer to rest the legs. You order drinks direct from the bar and food from the order window and then they bring food to you. The fries are amazing, cooked perfectly. The Flatbreads were also a big hit at our table. We like this place much better than the other bar down at the base, much better vibe.”
“Nice cozy cafe located in the Stowe Mountain resort ( Spruce Peak village) serving delicious coffee and bakery items! We tried the seasonal vanilla and strawberry latte and it was amazing. Outdoor sitting as well for beautiful views if the weather permits. Overall worth the visit!!”
“Boyden Valley is our favorite winery! One of the main reasons we drive 3 1/2 hours as often as we can to stock up on their delicious wines and cream liquors! This time was even more incredible when we had the amazing opportunity to talk with Linda. She was one of the most friendly people I have seen in a very long time. She made my children feel so welcomed and happy and now after a week they are still telling people about Linda at the winery! It was a breath of fresh air to walk into the winery and be treated with such kindness, wine knowledge, and enthusiasm.”
