“When I'm driving through Johnson, I always stop here.Sometimes I'll drive to Johnson just to have breakfast at Jenna's.The atmosphere is warm and cozy. A gem of a place, housed in a wonderfully restored building, right on Rt. 15.”
“Stopped a nice little coffee shop on the trip and had a wonderful experience. If your ever near Common Grounds stop in and say hi. Great coffee and great customer service.”
“A fantastic Chinese spot! I enjoy a guilty pleasure Chinese meal every once in a while but this really exceeded my expectations. Food was hot, delicious, and huge portions, the staff was very friendly and it was reasonably priced.6/5, wildly exceeded expectations!”
“Don is a great mixologist. Food and staff were excellent! We had the Apple half chicken and the blondie sunday for dessert that paired great with the toasted maple walnut old fashioned per Don's suggestion!!”
“Soul mate Brewery is a MUST stop! Great beer, awesome atmosphere and an epically funny owner Jonathan! I haven't had this much fun in a long time! Thank you Jonathan my new Soulmate!”
“My husband and I recently took a trip to Morrisville, VT to explore the area for the first time. We took a hike during the day and then had our first brewery stop at Rock Art Brewery. Upon arrival, we met Renée (one of the owners) and their family dog (Ridge). While enjoying a flight of beer, my husband and I had a great conversation with Renèe and learned about their family owned and operated business, their adventures and more! We also explored the brewery’s art gallery and handmade pottery, jewelry and more. We highly recommend this brewery.. great beer, local art, good company and low key atmosphere!”
“Cannot say enough about their pot pies! I travel an hour to stock up on these. We get the chicken pot pie and the spinach artichoke pie. My husband also likes the sausage pepper pie.The staff are always smiling and friendly.”
“My favorite brewery--it made me an IPA fan (somehow captures the taste of Vermont, too). I'm a stout, porter, brown, and red fan--their stouts and porters are excellent, too, when available.Too many great beers made here: new brews debut and disappear with regularity--raising questions as to whether they'll be seen and imbibed again or (gasp!) make it into the rotation.Great beer, great staff.Never disappointed (unless a new release is sold out) and always a pleasure speaking to Glenn or Jeremy.Worth a trip from anywhere.”
“Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for kids and allowed our kids to all bunk up together and have fun the entire week. Everything is very accessible at the resort and it is nice to have chairlift access within walking distance.”
“Moog's Place was able to accommodate our large table of 8 on a whim during a very busy holiday week. Our waitress was great. The food and beer selection were both sophisticated and casual. High quality food all around. It was also 'live mike' night which made for a fun atmosphere. Would definitely return next time we're in town to ski.”
“Cute little bakery. Stopped there twice on a recent ski trip to Vermont. Their 'Morning Bun' was quite possibly the best pastry I've ever had. We decided to stop again, this time for breakfast on our way home. Breakfast was great, as I expected, and the baking we picked up for the ride was amazing. Hoping to make it a standard part of our trips to Vermont.”
“They took us on a packed night, provided great service & really good food. Grateful for this no frills, proper restaurant. Ribeyes were perfect. Thank you for feeding this hungry traveler!”
“Hubby and I came here 4 years ago and loved it. Today we stopped by to get a snack and it was fantastic!!! Awesome service as well ? I highly recommend the chicken sandwich. We will be coming back to try more of the menu before we head back home.Thank you!”
“We got dinner here last night, the food was good and the staff was great. I got the lobster and pasta special which was pretty good and my wife got the lamb rack which was also good. My kids got a chicken parm and a cheese burger. We all got deserts and the bill came to 200$. We try to eat here when we visit Smuggs it’s good! Oh and you have to make a reservation”
“Smugglers Notch is the perfect expert and family and family skiing resort. I love that it is a quintessential Vermont old-school ski mountain and not full of high speed quads that clog up the trails. If you don't like standing in line and riding up 2-seater lifts, then you should go over the other side of the Notch to Stowe.”
“We were traveling from Stowe in search of a great restaurant for lunch. Along the way, we came across several options and were fortunate to discover the Nepalese Himalayan Food Eatery, which had received excellent reviews. Upon arriving at the Eatery located inside a gas station, we were pleased to find clean and comfortable seating available. We placed orders for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The food was truly delightful, surpassing our expectations in terms of flavor, freshness, and variety, both for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Additionally, we were impressed by the friendly and humble nature of the eatery owners. Highly recommended ?Vegetarian options: We had veg chowmein. It was fresh with a lot of veggies and was delicious”
“By far one of my favorite places for a refreshing TREAT! There is no where else around like it, fresh ingredients and great service. I don’t know about you, but I love seeing young employees contributing to the community workforce and that’s exactly what you’ll see here. Not to mention the owner and her family are so SO sweet and you’re apt to see at least one of them when you visit! My FAV is the green river rez bowl with added Nutella, you WON’T be disappointed! — Highly recommend!”
“Clean and inviting, this diner serves all homemade items. We had burgers which were excellent but the French fries and sweet potato fries were really good. We also loved the fried pickle served with the food and the free coffee for people dining”
“A highway detour landed us in town and what a great find! Great craft beer options, including Toppling Goliath Cherry Fandango on tap. Pizza was delicious, loved the Mo Maple!”
“Decent food there not impressed with my visit to this location I ordered a hot sandwich to go nothing to brag about. They have a multiple locations. Their other location in lyndonville is good food and service.”
“The food was fantastic! I was skeptical because I haven’t been a fan of most BBQ in New England. The food was fantastic, the beer selection is top notch and the service was the best I’ve had in years. We ate in as a group of 10 and the food was served quickly and drinks were refilled often.10/10 would recommend.”
“All depends on what you're looking for! For lunch, this place was amazing ? we totally enjoyed being right on top of a putting green and having a beautiful view of the mountains. No extra bells and whistles, but none needed. The friendliness of the service was amazing and the food fantastic!”
“We stopped here after we got lunch. When we got there, we didn't see any cupcakes on display, so we were worried they were out. But, the owner came out and told us she had more in the back and asked us what we wanted for frosting. She went and frosted the fresh cupcakes we ordered. We got 4 different cupcakes and all were absolutely delicious! We were looking at pictures of her cakes, and they were beautiful. I highly recommend stopping here if you're in the area!”
“The food here is so good and they are very generous with portions! The young guy who's checking out people and taking orders is very hospitable.I recommend this restaurant for Asian food!”
“Great food in a fun brew pub. Right on the Lamoille bike path. Huge outdoor venue in the summer. Food was amazing. Very creative menu served quickly with a great presentation. Can’t wait to come back in the summer.”
“Polite and timely service from the young woman preparing my sandwich. Most of the ingredients looked fresh and the sandwich was tasty when I got home. This Subway location is inside a larger convenience/liquor store and was easy to stock up on food and snacks all in one stop.”
“Such a beautiful place. Staff just looked unhappy, but service was good. Burgers were very overcooked. Rice Bowl was great. Breakfast sandwiches were very good, churro was okay.”
“This is a private club. I've seen a lot of reviews complaining about this not being advertised, so I want to say that first and foremost. The atmosphere is relaxed, light and airy, the entire space is always impeccably clean and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The food is fresh and the quality is always excellent. The dress is country club casual. Parking is limited, but valet parking is available and free.”
“Coming from someone that eats a lot of tacos, this place may have the best chicken tacos in the state. And you can’t go wrong with any of their soups, they’re all amazing flavor bombs and super filling. Can’t recommend this spot enough”
