Kate's food truck is the best! I love the food and I love the people. I wouldn't call it a food truck. It's not moving anytime soon. They do specials all the time which are always great. Burgers are my favorite around! Don't leave without one of the milkshakes. Do it.
This was the best fried chicken sandwich I have had in a long time. I got the Buffalo edition and it was perfectly cooked. Crispy chicken, fresh tomato and lettuce, tangy blue cheese. It was by far the best Buffalo chicken sandwich in the area, and I’m from Buffalo. I waited at the window for a few minutes before the kitchen staff interacted with me, but the food was fast, hot and delicious. Every detail of this sandwich was cooked perfectly, down to the toasted bun.Well done!

The only thing to keep in mind is the menu is rotating, so you don't always find the same stuff twice. Doesn't matter though, great service, great food, top-tier atmosphere, and the owner's a hell of a cool guy. The town of Jericho is a special place, and it's thanks to local businesses like this.
