We were probably the last customers of the day and ordered the Alamo to go. He treated us kindly and we never felt rushed to order. The Alamo with pulled pork sandwich, ribs, and briskets were fantastic. So glad we stumbled on this amazing bbq place.
Came here this weekend with my brother. He usually asks me to “pick the place” because I pick one-off little places in the middle of nowhere to try. It’s in the middle of nowhere alright, but it was worth the trip. I used to live in Texas so I came with low expectations. The owner blew it out of the water. We got the Alamo with Mac & beans.
