Great food. Efficient friendly service. Nice atmosphere to eat and talk without have to shout. This should be a stop if you are in the area.

I've been enjoying the Village Tavern for 20 years now! Cozy, small town vibes with a welcoming and warm staff and some great eats and entertainment!
Family went here for dinner and the server was awesome. The potato skins were good and I would recommend. They had the plastic cup of sour cream sitting on one of the skins and that’s gross. Not sure why they couldn’t just carry the little cup out ..who knows where it was before on the potato skins.
I got the southwest salad and it came with a cheese quesadilla on it. The quesadilla had basically no cheese in it lol. The salad was fine minus that.
Philly cheesesteak and burger were good enough. Crazy that a family of three eating at a pub is $110 bucks. I would recommend giving this place a try the atmosphere inside is cool.

Went on vacation nearby.Food was good and service was friendly We liked it so much we went 3times
Food was average pub fare. Longer than average wait time. French fries were poor. Waiter was pleasant and took $8 off the tab. They may be the only game in town, but I'm not going back if I have any alternatives.

A nice cozy pub with excellent food and small town feel. Off season so not to busy. Service was fine. Food was good to great (fried chicken special was excellent) with not to many food options around this is a winner.

Village Tavern turned out to be the perfect (and really, the only) spot in town for an evening out. We stopped by for drinks and were pleasantly surprised to find that, beyond the beer and cocktails, the food was genuinely good — not just standard bar fare.
We ordered the Alpine salad and a quesadilla that was absolutely fantastic — not just cheese, but loaded with shrimp and vegetables, making it much more flavorful and satisfying than expected.
The atmosphere was exactly what you’d hope for in a tavern: lots of wood accents, a lively bar counter, and the kind of friendly noise that makes the place feel warm and social. The service was attentive and added to the positive vibe.
Overall, Village Tavern left a great impression and made for a fun, relaxed evening. We’d happily return next time we’re in town.
