Quality down hill and pizza orders not correct. Dough is weird now.

We have stopped to eat here over 5 times and each visit was spectacular. The food is fresh. The fries are amazing. The staff were attentive and friendly, even under pressure. People need to realize that this is a college town, and the staff get overwhelmed with students frequently. That said, they handle it extremely well and get food out very quickly. The place has always been clean and well stocked. Keep up the good work! ??

We’ve been so patient with their staffing issues but I think tonight was the end. Simple order for 2 calzones completely fouled up. It’s been quite some time since our last order, because it was not ready well past the pickup time. That was after the order before that being “lost” and had to be made while I waited. They had it in the computer and took my payment, but no one made the order, thankfully it was just sandwiches and not a long wait. I’ve called in orders, and ordered online - neither works any better. Order takers don’t LISTEN, order tickets get lost. So disappointing and we’re just done. After latest screwup they offered a credit but we have little confidence that if we chose to use it that it will even be on record since the same employee took info and gave a verbal assurance. Still shaking my head that they can mess things up so many times in different ways. We’ll support other local restaurants- your loss is their gain.

Came in late on a sunday after a ski trip, omg super delicious pizza and calzones! Really nice staff. Cant speak to the atmosphere since we came in at a weird hour, but omg the food is

Had the pasta salad and it was so good I bought another one. A staff member said she made it that same day. All of their food has been great when I've stopped by. Thanks!
Waited an hour for a pepperoni pizza meatball sub and the garlic knots. Garlic knots were the last thing to come out and they were raw in the middle. Fifteen minutes later they told me it would be another five minutes.... I said don't worry about it. I can't wait any longer. And they never offered to refund the $10 that I paid for them.

Food was mediocre at best. The New York wrap was very basic and nothing tasted fresh. Also had the cheesy garlic bread which was good but again very very basic tasted like frozen garlic bread with shredded mozzarella microwaved on. The pizza was a tiny bit undercooked and crust was very thick which I normally enjoy in women but not pizza crust. The last thing we had was the eggplant parm which was the best thing by far it tasted fresh.The service was good but the person at the front desk said she would serve us and never came over. The person taking our order sounded very confused.The atmosphere was not the best. The tables were a little dirty and there were flies everywhere dead and alive.

We have been trying every pizza place in the area, trying to find the best local pizza with good beer and a nice atmosphere. Castleton Pizza has GREAT pizza, their dough, really is the best so far its light and fluffy the pizza had the perfect amount of sauce and cheese. Great local feeling atmosphere, three tv's, good beer,great service, and very clean. Great place to bring a date or the family for sure.

Online orders so maybe we shouldn't have done that and placed our order in person so we could supervise?This place used to be awesome. I ordered a wrap a couple of months ago and for special instructions I asked for red onion to be added. It wasn't.. So today we thought hey everyone deserves a second chance. Ordered straight off the menu with no specific instructions.. We still got overcooked garlic knots with no sauce on the side.. ?
