In addition the employees are so professional and sweet to talk to and order from, the customer service is exceptional! I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner one day and he takes a lot of pride and care on how he runs his business. He is extremely responsible, very intellectual and just a very good person who cares about his customers the community and his employees and business. I hope to get pizza here with my son for a long time and wish you all success in our local community!! After growing up in VT and being alumni of Castleton College, I can say this is a business we should all be supporting and helping to grow! we switched our Friday night pizza place so should you!! thank you!!!”

“Although I like this place I ordered the rocket burger and basically poutine. My French fries had ONLY the slightest bit of gravy on them (no cheese even though that’s what I ordered.) the rocket burger had the tiniest bit of boom boom sauce on the bottom of the sandwhich. I get y’all may be understaffed but make your food correctly how people order it and these reviews wouldn’t happen. Again, I love this place as much as the next, but it’s upsetting I paid 40 dollars for food that wasn’t made correctly.”

“It is April 10th 2020 for 6 PM. I went through the drive through at the Castleton. Vermont site and the young man working the drive through is a breath of fresh air. I have not received that sort of customer service in quite some time. It is refreshing to have a young person who doesn't act like they are above working at Dunkin' Donuts, and then to be pleasant upon that gives me faith in the younger generations. That boy was very friendly and upbeat. He deserves a raise or employee of the month. Something. he should be training other staff on quality Customer Care Because he definitely has the knack. There are not a lot of people like that anymore these days. Kudos to you, young man. I wish I had caught your name.”

“Fair Haven Pizza House & Subs blew us away. The customer service was phenomenal—our waitress was on top of everything, super friendly, and checked in often to make sure we were all set. She was so helpful that when she asked how things were, all we could say was, “Excellent,” because it truly was.

The food? Out of this world. The pizza was hot, fresh, and packed with flavor, and the wings were exactly what we ordered— juicy, and seriously delicious. Everything came out perfect.

If you’re anywhere near Fair Haven, do yourself a favor and stop in. This place knows how to take care of you and serve great food.”

My only complaint is that this location advertises the Ghost Pepper Bread as a staple option in their location, but they never seem to have it available, and it’s my favorite bread type so far!!

Despite that, awesome location all around!!! Thanks for all your hard work guys!”

“Was well maintained. We had an issue with our food, was missing lettuce and tomato but they were accommodating and remade us our food and even gave us a pie for our trouble.
Was quiet enough my wife and I were able to do our bible study.”
