Nothing like getting a stale bagel and a SMALL hot coffee with 3 shots of hazelnut and 3 sugars to wake you up. When you ask for sugar I don't think ppl would mean 3 of them. Another coffee from Dunkin dumped down the drain. I've lost count on how many times I've had to do this. You'd think they'd be able to make a coffee. It's the only Dunkin by me and I guess I need to just give up on Dunkin once and for all. Last time I tried to get something a few wks ago, I walked in and stood there for 8 minutes while not one employee even acknowledged me and I was the only one waiting. I ended up walking out, and all I wanted was one damn donut

Coffee was like hot dishwater. Somehow, even the "old-fashioned" donuts were not very good... (and the toilet was broken and closed). Not a great experience.

It is April 10th 2020 for 6 PM. I went through the drive through at the Castleton. Vermont site and the young man working the drive through is a breath of fresh air. I have not received that sort of customer service in quite some time. It is refreshing to have a young person who doesn't act like they are above working at Dunkin' Donuts, and then to be pleasant upon that gives me faith in the younger generations. That boy was very friendly and upbeat. He deserves a raise or employee of the month. Something. he should be training other staff on quality Customer Care Because he definitely has the knack. There are not a lot of people like that anymore these days. Kudos to you, young man. I wish I had caught your name.

The old blonde that pounded on the door while i was using the bathroom screamed at the top of her lungs and was very rude. She came out of the bathroom while i was in line waiting for coffee and started telling other employees that i stunk the whole place up. I have stomach issues and do not appreciate the rudeness.

I live in the town of Castleton and enjoy an iced latte and a donut on these hot days, however they usually can’t provide either in a decent time. I’ve currently been in the drive through for 8 minutes as I write this and I mobile ordered a coffee. Maybe they should invest in curbside spots.Also whenever I order donuts past noon they can not provide them, maybe they should pull more out in advance sense I can almost guarantee I’m not the only person trying to order ANY type of donut to eat.

Passive aggressive employees. I asked for my bagel with cream cheese cut in half. I guess that was too hard. They toasted the bagel, did not cut it, and gave me cream cheese on the side. Sorry you all hate your jobs

A very inconsistent location. Any time I go to either of the Rutland locations my order is correct and reliable. They cannot get it right at this Castleton location. The espresso machine is always "broken", or they are out of this or that. Staff is friendly so I feel bad reporting but I thought the whole purpose of a chain restaurant is consistency.
