My boyfriend and I went and had dinner, appetizers were amazing wings and poppers 😋 we got calzones, well their anchovies are the absolute worst, i have ever had!! I love anchovies, but I don't advise those unless you want to eat straight salt, literally 😖 we also asked for extra sauce, the waiter asked if she could charge us for them, which wasn't a problem at all! When we first ordered we both asked for extra sauce and received just 1 small container a peace.. I can still taste the damn anchovies, the brand, quality, I really don't know but they were awful!!

Stopped in for lunch on Sunday 9/8 Another reviewer said the pepperoni pizza was great. We agree it was one of the best we have had, the cheesy breadsticks were also great. Entire place was very clean. Wish they would open one in Colchester! Will definitely eat there again when in the area

So disappointed with our pizza tonight!! We have always loved Paul’s pizza and never have we had disappointing food from there before; however, tonight was different and we were so shocked to see the condition in which our pizza was delivered - it was very overcooked, dried out and hard as a rock. Thinking positive and hoping the cook was just having a bad night.

Rude manager who canceled our order after almost 2 hours of waiting.. If your not a people person or can't handle complaints the right way. Get a new job..

Begin with the menu says there’s two different size subs, but there’s not. Just one size. Not a big deal. I ask if I can get meatball and sausage on the same sub together. I am told yes, but I have to pay for extra meat. I paid the fee for extra meat and I get a sub delivered that has four tiny meatballs inside of it, no sausage. Ridiculous.
Loved it but would rather have real silver ware not cheap plastic while eating a hot pizza.... but pizza was amazing

Update: after they saw my review the next day. They took a look at my ticket the saw that I was overcharged by mistake (person was new and made a mistake). The owner called and then credited my bank card I used the amount overcharged. This has changed my opinion of going back. Like I said the food was very good.
Although the pizza was good and the turkey sub was pretty good. A large 3 topping pizza and the sub came to $43. This is the reason I won't be coming back. I've never paid so much before anywhere else.

Super nice people who bent over backwards for us, plus ample portions, make for a great experience and it really deserves the "family" name. Stuff like that sure makes you want to go back.

Terrible service waited an hour over the phone to pick up when the guy told me 25-30 minutes.. Will not return and pizza was mediocre

Haven't ordered a tape out pizza in a long time. decided to go to Paul's. Pizza was excellent. Service was super friendly. Price was normal for a one topping large pizza. We will be back!
