We had a fantastic dinner at Castle Hill Restaurant. We were celebrating a special birthday and booked the private dining room for our party of 6. The dining room can comfortably accommodate 10 people; it has a fireplace and is decorated gorgeously.

During our two week trip to New England we took a last minute side trip to Vermont and stayed at the Castle Hill Inn Resort & Spa and ate at its fine dining restaurant on a Tuesday night. As the Duke of Ludlow, I figured I should check out the local castle (where I should probably be living). I started off with the Prince Edward mussels.
