“I stopped there recently with my girlfriend and we both had western omelets that were fantastic. Mine was the best omelet I've had in quite a time. The eggs were fluffy and seasoned very well and all of the other ingredients were fresh and flavorful. We ordered directly from the cook who was very friendly and kind, in a cute little dining room that was playing the classics and was so quaint, homey, charming and friendly that we've already sworn we would go back. I cannot recommend highly enough. Please check it out, you won't be disappointed!”

It was so good, I told my husband I’d drive the hour from our house just for a date night meal. Delicious! One FYI is that there are no meal options/menu for kids.”

“I lived just up the road from 3 Squares for a few years. I went in for iced coffee nearly every day. No matter how busy it was, I was always greeted with a smile and felt like I was part of the 3 Squares family! “5-star roadside dinner experience. On our way from Middlebury to Burlington, we wanted a good breakfast. Dutch Mill Diner did not disappoint us. Terrific breakfast reasonably priced. My husband said that his corn beef hash was one of best, and my breakfast sandwich was tasty!”

“my sister and I went to the Garden Of Eatin' when we where in town for the eclipse and it was such a wonderful experience! despite the boom in tourists this location must be a hidden gem because it wasn't crowded at all! it was so nice to get a sandwich and soup and sit in the greenhouse. one of the lovely people who worked there and thought we had kids with us and said they where going to see if we wanted to feed the koi, and despite not being a kid I hopped on that opportunity to feed them and it was so fun! the plants are absolutely well cared for, and the staff are all very friendly! we will absolutely be coming back next time we are in the area!!”

“Lunch and breakfast items are delicious! Try the variety of pizzas, calzones , quiches, desserts and cinnamon buns… all to die for! Everything is homemade, the owner is onsite, so friendly and welcoming/ an absolute gem! Be sure to add this as a stop if ever in upper state New York or want a quick ferry ride from Vermont. Worth a visit.”

“This review is way overdue. We visited back in the fall. Tasting the wines was great, but the highlight was sampling Camilla's sherry. It tasted like Spain! It brought me back to a tapas place in Seville with one sip. Both she and her husband were warm and welcoming to two wine novices. A delightful surprise in Vergennes!”

The macarons are truly works of art: they are gorgeous and taste even better than they look. Each bite is a delight! I love bringing these treats to friends who, in turn, are surprised by the artistry and thrilled with the tastes. And just when I think that there couldn't be any more flavor combinations, Elizabeth creates another one. I'm looking forward to what she will have for summer tastes. They are sure to be delicious!”
