Slow roasted pork, Monterey Jack cheese sauce baked in a cast Iron skillet. Can be made without the pork.

Chipotle adobo sauce, coleslaw, lettuce, tomato, onion, and hand-cut fries.
Smashburger
Two thin patties of local beef from Fat Cow farm, two slices of cheddar, lettuce , tomato, pickles, and special sauce on a house-made brioche bun. Served with hand-cut French fries.

Amazing atmosphere that made the meal feel special, what a neat location with exceptional food, the mole enchiladas were amazing and it was a great place to eat at on a winter evening.

Backyard Bistro helped us have the most wonderful evening for our company
Christmas party! From start to finish Jill and her team did everything exceptionally well. They came in set up tables and chairs helped with table scapes and had all the apps drinks and amazing food ready. The apps and braised short ribs, mash and vegetables were delicious. It was so amazing to not have worry about anything and know that the food would be amazing. They quietly worked in the background...
