i got a protein salad and they got the whole thing all wrong .. wrong chicken, wrong tomatoes, and they put olives and pickles.. and they didn’t give me my dressing either.

I can't believe the sandwiches I got tonight! Nothing on them at all! To the Point we had to get pizza after to get a full meal! The girls talking to each other not paying attention I had to ask if I could get a drink also and chips she just rang me out said oops I forgot! 30 meal and I'll never go back

Breakfast hours are incorrect. Went in at 9 and was told by an employee that they open at 10. I attempted to change their hours through google but the change was not approved. Went to Heritage Deli just down the road and was amazed by the quality of their food.

Clean! So grateful for this Subway and it's employees! There was nothing else open as we came in from out of state kinda late. They were closing in 20 minutes and took our orders, made our sandwiches, and were polite the entire time. You could tell they were tired and ready to go home but kept up great customer service. They only have 3 employees so I sure hope they can find more employees for the sake of the ones that are there.

Online order of a salad (with dressing), and 2 cookies. Picked up order and get back to work to receive an undressed salad, no cookies. First time I tried this Subway, and the last.

I was traveling with my family when we decided to stop at subway for food. The manager "kim" was making our sandwiches. (I noticed the visor she was wearing to know what her name was) Kim was unpersonable pushy and flat out rude. It's a shame we barely ever eat out and the one time we do we had a poor experience. Upon arriving at the ordering station kim asked what I would like I stated a cheese steak with american cheese and mayo she didnt acknowledge me so I repeated myself she stated she didnt know why i was telling her mayo when the condiments are at the next serving station I stated I dont eat subway i wasnt aware that my sandwich would be passed off to the next worker for condiments Kim's response was well its self explanatory! Thier was no need to be rude its mayo for goodness sake! And in my opinion if she is not personable she should not be working with the public not to mention she has a manager title to honor as a manager she should not be making unnecessary and rude comments to the customers. I could only imagine how she treats her staff. SHAME ON HER AND SHAME ON SUBWAY for hiring poor management. The food was also terrible it taste expired. Smh
