WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO CHOPSTICK HOUSE ONE OH GOD!!

Standard Chinese food place that serves large portions. Somewhat expensive but very tasty.

Stopped by June 8, 2025. So disappointed. Ordered Beef with Broccoli, and Pork fried rice.
The pork fried rice is so over salty (awful) with large chunks of onion. Unsightly. No flavor just a salty burn with huge chunks of onion, not even a nice dice. Beef with broccoli was just ok with beef on pink side. No duck sauce packets available only soy sauce packets. Inside Restauraunt looks like a huge storage shed with cardboard boxes from floor to ceiling as to hide/block part of Restauraunt. Big used tires on floor ??? Where is health department? Not a Restauraunt, appears to be a storage facility with a small kitchen and a wok. 😩 $30 right in the garbage. Closed today or I would return all. 😢

I am a big fan of Chopsticks House II. They have all the classic American Chinese food favorites like sesame chicken and lo mein. They also have authentic tasting May Fun 米粉, julienne potatoes and ribs. I drive from Shelburne to get my Chinese food there. There are 10 Chinese places closer and I go there if that is saying anything.

Called numerous times. Hung up on. Then finally answered and attempted to place order they were all out of everything! They didn’t want to take our order.

Charged $7 to substitute fried rice for white rice on an order, was explained that I would get a large fried rice whereas I would normally only get a small white rice, sure a touch expensive but works for me. When I got home I opened my food and was staring face to face with a small sized take out container. When I called back to resolve the issue the guy proceeded to tell me they have two different sizes of large fried rice and was then on unpleasant to deal with and refused to do anything to make things right or admit that it was at least a bit misleading.

Won’t be returning, instead check out Hung Tao about a mile away!

Also let’s talk about the food I did get, rice was crunchy and dry, chicken tenders over fried and more chewy than a leather shoe

And Mongolian beef more alike a beef stir fry, with a pale colored beef, baby corn, snow peas and celery. Vs my expectation of crispy beef in a chili sauce with some scallions and maybe bell peppers.

Eat at your own disappointment

The inside looks like a dump. They could definitely improve. Food is mediocre. No duck sauce or fortune cookies. Just not the usual Chinese.

First time ordering from this place and the last time. Had a $70 order picked it up got home Crab Rangoon missing , called restaurant, kid called me a liar, said he checked twice that item was in bag. What a fool he is. That place will never see a cent from me again. Rude, unprofessional. Glad it only cost me a few bucks to see how low people can be to make a few extra bucks.

They do not sell the soup pictured on their home page. This picture also shows up on Google.I called and they don’t know what soup this is. Why do they advertise an item they don’t sell or know anything about???

Food was a bit different then our normal as far as flavor and textures, however it was a nice meal, we bought for a large group and everyone was pleased with most of it. Crab Rangoon was great! Don't be shut off by it's shape, it's fantastic. The spicy dishes where not as spicy as listed but still good. Egg rolls had a bit too much ginger and seemed to be the only leftover besides white rice which is easily made into another dish with leftovers. Will I be back? Yes, however I'll look at the menu different and ask for more spice.
