EBC is incapable of performing catering for a Wedding Reception. For our September 2025 wedding, they failed to provide the following services which were included in the contract:
* EBC failed to provide one of the two entrees we contracted (it was sent to the WRONG VENUE!)
* EBC served the wrong salad.
* EBC did not provide table linens included in their contract. Our venue luckily had extras.
