“Above and beyond excellent customer service tonight. Kids area still closed down sadly more room but, less privacy. New floor when wet is very slippery around door. Thumbs up to the staff handling the mess though.Wi-Fi is very SLOW hardly works. Playroom game machine never on, always too hot or too cold. Usually dirty.“
