When they are busy and 5 or more ppl working 6 in lobby and 1 older man has a question about the app the whole place stops no orders can be taken and 11 mins later u leave because u have a job to get
Arrived at the drive thru and what do you hear is " What do you want?", 10 minute wait for a large ice coffee. Not once but twice and probably won't be a third stop there.
