If I could give 100 stars I would! John David Tomassoni has created the best eatery in all of Vermont. Have loved his sourdough pizzas for years and you can’t go wrong with the smash berger or fried chicken sandwich. Recently had his “Panwich” - unbelievable sourdough enveloping prosciutto, homemade pesto, fresh mozzarella, arugula, and tomato garlic confit with balsamic. Heavenly.
Pizza is SO good! Sour dough crusted made with their own lovingly-tended starter. I had the Margarita and asked for the crust to be well-done. Yummy! Guacamole and chips are very good! Take it downstairs to Hazels and enjoy their seating and wine collection. Recommend!
Absolutely fantastic little spot. Has to be one of the best kept secrets in Vermont, because if more people knew… this place would have to take over the town in order to have space for the people lining up to get in. The atmosphere is rad. They are so fun and welcoming at all times. No matter how busy they are. And they get BUSY… for good reason. With the tap room downstairs, it’s the perfect setup.
