I'm updating my review as the last few times, they food hasn't been that good. Unfortunately, we loved Bramble as it was a core experiencing when we first moved to VT but lately the food has not tasted too good. The chicken dish has been over salted the last 3 times we've had it and the pizza lacked cheese, pepperoni and sauce. It is a bit overpriced and I feel like the quality has gone down a bit.
The food is the best quality food you can possibly have. It’s always a variety and it’s local and you can be guaranteed it doesn’t have any GMO or pesticides. The chef she is phenomenal. It’s family owned so they care about the families that come in there. the bartender he is the best and can create any type of cocktail you want. The atmosphere is so social and so familiar you wanna bring your kids, but you also wanna go on a date night they will make you feel special....
Absolutely blown away by this place. My friends loved their cocktails (painkiller and garden gnome) I loved my mocktail (Tommy Jr), best biscuits I’ve ever eaten and I’m from the south. The risotto was incredible. The service was lovely. The vibes were bright and beautiful. Will be back for more.
