Ordered expedited delivery. My taco salad was watery and not tasty. It looked thrown together in a hurry. It was not a 25$ salad. Lettuce not chopped well. Skimped on black beans. ? Won’t eat here again.

Our first visit to the Essex Junction location since the new menu. We had the food truck nachos at the food truck during the Jazz Fest. They were great - generous serving and very tasty. The food at the restaurant was disappointing, however. I had the house marguerita. Generous serving size but had a definite after taste I couldn’t identify and didn’t like. The chips were nice but the salsa was definitely wimpy. I ordered cheese enchiladas with mole sauce. Not on the new menu but since they have mole for the mole tacos the server said they could make them. The mole was very disappointing. Almost no flavor. All in all, not exciting food. But I have to say the service and server were great.

Friendly staff , great food portions for the price and music was a good volume so we didn’t have to yell to talk.

Service was crazy, I asked the server for water and she questioned if I already had it at the table. Girl , no that’s why I’m asking. She just seemed too unconcerned the whole time we was there. They never cleared the table as we finished items. Just left empty cups and unused menus plates fill up the table.
Food came out quickly so that was excellent but the food was not remarkable. Drinks were ok.
Very disappointed in the service today. My husband and I sat for 15+ minutes without seeing a server anywhere in the restaurant. This was our second poor experience at the Essex location and we won’t being going back.
