First time visiting this outlet, atmosphere was really good, maybe due to this location which to me maybe a little out of the way, quite quiet and it has a steady stream of people coming and mostly take away. Order a simple hamburger meal, coffee and fries. Found the coffee was cold, went to the counter and the staff was polite and apologize for the cold coffee, later she came back with hot coffee. The service is good only thing they need to take will be the napkins, ketchup which are out but they started to refill immediately when informed.

This place is trash. Took 30 minutes to get our food. Paid for a smoothie they were unable to provide, but refused to refund my money for it.

I've given this McDonald's at least half a dozen tries to get it right but it continues to fail good service. Today, I thought they finally got it right (and was actually impressed by flawless ordering, as if that should be impressive!) Unfortunately, while the person I was with got her cheeseburger, French fries and coke right this time, I did not get the cream and sugar that I ordered with my coffee. Thr coffee was also barely warm, which was even worse when I finally got the cream and sugar that I asked for, a second time. I ordered an apple pie and coffee. (Complicated, right) This was a final attempt and I definitely not coming to this McDonalds again!

I’ve ordered a big Mac with chicken fillets before but tonight they wouldn’t make it for me and told me that they couldn’t make it for me even though I’ve gotten it here several times. They said the place has change management and management has said not to do substitutions even though I’d pay extra. so not coming back if it’s not customer first mentality
