Ordered the haddok meal with sweet potato fries and coleslaw for take out and the fish was completely unbreaded when I went to eat it and barely any fish for what I paid. The coleslaw was disgusting way to much sugar it was completely inedible and I normally love a sweeter coleslaw. I called to let them know and they literally had me on hold will I could here them talking about the situation before even giving the manager the phone. So unprofessional. I did think maybe a locals point of view might matter so I made a courtesy call before even making this review but I was met with a lack of care honestly I wasn't even looking for my money back but they could of even offered to remake it or validate that clearly a mistake was made in preparation.

Had the gross fried clams. They were very large with a bad taste. I asked where they get their claims . She states we get what they deliver. Stay away from this place . Wife and aunts meals was very small. I wouldn't have fed this food to my dog .

This lobster roll was absolutely worth the money for me! I had a great lunch here, and definitely would have bought stuff from the market if I was local.

I so expected more from a family-owned fish and seafood restaurant in a city like Burlington. The pluses: nice selection of fresh fish and seafood to go. This includes fresh lobsters. A selection of seasonings but most are commonly found. We referenced this as our first visit to the counter but received no orientation info or recommendations from the counter order taker. We settled on fish and onion rings and crab cakes w fries. The onion rings and fish sat in the kitchen window for about 5 minutes. Food was faintly warm. The crab cakes finally appeared. They were warm. The fries were soft and cold. They weren't crowded or busy. Oh, not only must you order at the counter, you'll retrieve your food when your number is called. I don't get it. The pics show food that looks far better than it tasted.

Very dated decor and set up. I imagine grabbing seafood to go and cooking at home would be better.

Just got fresh lobster. They are so good & fresh. No need to drive to Maine when we have Ray's.

superior seafood selections
Overall good experience, especially the seafood. The sides were abysmal (not confident the fries would beat day old McDonald’s fries, and the coleslaw would put their Dutch ancestors in shame). However, anything related to seafood is amazing. One of the best lobster rolls I have tried, given its quality and price.
We were excited to try some seafood in the local area and this place turned out to be an Expensive Disappointment. Most of the menu consists of frozen deep fried options and worst yet, the food takes on the flavor of days old grease once cooked. I ordered the crabcakes and got some grease saturated breaded patties with hardly no crab meat or flavor whatsoever.
Not much of a restaurant when it came to wait staff or environment, just a few tables to sit at and eat with minimal staff interaction. You place your order at the front counter and they call your number when ready ... most items were served on paper plates with plastic utensils. Considering the plates we ordered were $30+ there was No Wow factor in presentation or flavor.
We had a party of 7 and the general consensus was pretty much the same, we should have gone somewhere else!
I appreciated the staff. Very polite & kind. The meal was great. I ordered the halibut dinner w/ rice/squash as sides. Also, I had the strawberry shortcake for dessert.
I would visit again whenever I'm in town.
Went here tonight for my dinner. I order king crab legs. It was pricey but good.
I will be back but not for the king crab due to cost.
Overall 4 stars
