The carnitas omelet was so damn delicious... the tomatillo sauce was so good I had to get a cup to take home. The home fries with the addition of this sauce.. awesome! The pork burrito was very good as well... until I started chewing on a bunch of undercooked rice... that kinda put me off of it, shame though...I was really enjoying it.

My wife and I wanted to check out this local spot, The Firebird Cafe, and we were not disappointed!
