The customer service was AWFUL. I walked in and took like 30 seconds for someone to acknowledge me, which Isn’t bad, but when I went to pick up my order they had it under a completely different name. The prices online are NOT the prices in the shop. She took my card without telling me the total then when I get home realize I was upcharged and when I called back her excuse was “my website isn’t up to date” . Not even an “oh my gosh thank you for telling me is there something I can do for you” to make a loyal customer. Dough is really tough more sauce than anything and no taste of cheese

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA PLACE AT ALL! WE SPENT OVER $100 ON FOOD TO FIND ALL THE DOUGH HAD MOLD ON IT! THEN THE ORDER WAS NOT COMPLETE! OWNER IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL CALLING PAYING CUSTOMERS NAMES!I HAVE PHOTOS AND THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND LAWYER WILL BE CALLED!

Chicken tenders were so dry and looked as if they were microwaved. Alfredo was bland and rubbery (worse than the $1 pack Alfredo’s you can buy at a dollar store). Garlic bread was probably the best out of what I received but it didn’t even taste like garlic bread. Fries were underdone and soggy. The women at the counter even forgot to charge us and I had to remind her.

I grew up eating grinders from this place. Absolutely phenomenal quality with one of a kind homemade rolls made in house. Owners are so kind and the pizza, and pasta tastes like it's straight from Italy. I still make the 3 hour drive at least twice a month to get some food from this establishment. Good priced too. Highly highly recommend
